The Greater Cincinnati SuccessGuide has been produced for
19 years in which time the publisher has used several service
providers, including photographers, copywriters, graphic
designers and printers. The publisher needed an alternative way
to produce SuccessGuide that would lower the overall cost yet still
yield the high-quality results they had become accustomed to.

With its full service capabilities, AlphaGraphics was able to bring
much of this project under one roof, lowering the overall cost.
AlphaGraphics handled the design (including typesetting layout
and thematic graphics) of SuccessGuide and provided the printing
of this 152-page book. Additionally, AlphaGraphics acted as a
project manager by working with the publisher and other
service providers to ensure the timeliness and quality of
the finished directory.

The publisher realized an overall cost savings in the production
of the 2011 SuccessGuide due to the ability of AlphaGraphics to
provide many of the functions normally spread amongst several
vendors or services. This cost savings was re-invested into the
SuccessGuide by producing more directories than what had been
printed in previous years.
