For entry forms received after the closing date, an entry fee of 80€ will be imposed.

15. INSURANCE
By endorsing the application form for entry the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider or
passenger is insured in accordance with the UEM requirements.
The organizer has contracted a third party insurance in accordance with the AMZS Sporting
Code.The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage of a motorcycle, its accessories
and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.

15. PROTESTS AND APPEALS

Any person or group of people - rider, passenger, entrant, manufacturer, official, etc.,
recognised by the UEM and concerned by a decision taken under the authority of the UEM,
may ask for redress for the consequences of that decision
Generally, protests against the eligibility of a rider, passenger, entrant or a motorcycle
entered, must be made before the start of the first official practice. Protests against results
must be presented to the International Jury within 30 minutes following the announcement of
the results. n appeal may be made against a decision of the International Jury to the
International Disciplinary Court (CDI).
All protests to the International Jury must be made in accordance with the requirement of the
Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the UEM and be accompanied by a fee of 100.-€ or
(equivalent amount in local currency) returnable if the protest is justified. The cost of
dismantling a machine will be 100 € + 300 € deposit for mechanical works. This fee must be
paid by the losing party to the mechanic of the rider who had to open the engine.
16. ENVIRONMENTAL DIRECTIONS:
According to the FMNR Environmental rules. the use of an environmental mat is compulsory.
17. PRIZES
The first, second and third rider receive cup according to the general places after 2 races.
18. TRAVEL INDEMNITY
The organiser does not pay travel indemnities for the riders.

20. INTERPRETATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
The interpretation of these regulations rests entirely with the Jury. In case of dispute,
regarding interpretation or if there is any difference between the two official texts, the English
text will prevail.
