ingredients
4 spicy italian sausages
2 medium Zucchini
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 can of corn, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
4 cups (2 boxes) of Stove Top chicken stuffing
1/3 melted butter
1/2 shredded cheese
directions
1. preheat oven to 350C; oil the bottom of a baking dish. set aside.
2. cook sausages in a skillet, over medium heat, until brown. slice it and return t the skillet.
3. while the sausages are cooking, chop the zucchinis and the broccoli into small pieces. add to the
sausages. add the corn. mix it all!
4. in a small bowl mix the soup with the sour cream. add the mixture to the sausages.
5. in a small bowl mix the melted butter to the stuffing. spoon half the stuffing mixture into the
baking dish. spread sausage mixture over stuffing. spoon the remaining stuffing on top.
6. pop this baby in the oven for 30min.
7. sprinkle shredded cheese over and broil it until golden.
