inventory was stored away in a weather controlled environment. I am now moving across the country and can not take the records with me...that means an instant business for someone out there at
a super low price!
Well over 90% of the records are new and unused. The remaining 10% are probably in store play copies but in perfect condition. There are over 5,000 titles with a total of over 10,000 pieces (there
are several copies of some titles). This is ALL Dance and Electronica music.... no rap or hip hop. All styles of Dance including Trance, House, Deep House, Commercial Dance, Circuit, Progressive,
etc.... mostly imports but tons of domestic releases too! Lots of mainstream artists as well as hard to find underground hits.
The original purchase price of all these records was over $60,000 with a retail price of well over $110,000... this is a perfect business opportunity for someone who sells on ebay, Discogs or Gemm
or someone that wants to start a home business selling hard to find music! Every record can easily sell for $2 - $20 or even more! To scroll though the list of records available, click

Perfecto Records... a quick look on Discogs.com shows it listed in the marketplace for $9.99 (http://www.discogs.com/buy/Vinyl/A-Split-Second-Flesh/24058934?ev=bp_img) ! But it's not just hard
to find Trance records, there are plenty of pop 12" dance remixes by Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J Blige, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson... the list goes on and on. We KNOW there are some
pieces that will sell for a pretty penny including illusive white labels and promos.
BUT that's not all... I personally have THOUSANDS of 70's / 80's and 90's 12" dance remixes that I will toss in at no charge. This is my PERSONAL record collection. These are ALL classics from
Donna Summer on up to Britney Spears. Classic Disco records that are worth a mint to the right collector. I can't take all these records with me across the country and willing to include them with
the records from the store. Unlike the new records, these are mostly used (some well used). . . come on, you gotta play the 12 minute 'I Feel Love' remix a million times, right?
Finally, I have 10 or so full metal racks to store all the records on that I will also let you take at no charge... These were $100 or so each and purchased just to store these records... so they are
showroom quality.
This is a perfect made mail order business for someone who has the time and enthusiasm to post the titles online... i can also give you a database file of all the titles so you can list them easily... but
only the new records, not my personal collection... i never inventoried those titles.
I am pretty firm on the price seeing as how it's over 15,000 pieces total, meaning the cost is only around .30 a piece... not to mention the $1,000 in metal racking i'm throwing in for free. I am also
offering this entire collection at such a low price because my move is this weekend and I just recently decided (after MUCH MUCH thought and regret) not to haul them all along with me. So I priced
the collection to move!
You have to pick up the records here in Sherman Oaks (right by the 101/405). The move is this coming weekend, so don't think about it too long! If you are outside the Los Angeles area and still
want to purchase this collection and can have them picked up, please contact me first to make sure arrangements can be made.
