you’re all getting back into fitness mode.

Congratulations  to  
Glen  McDonald.  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Glen  has  lost  an  amazing  17kg  since  he  joined  the  gym  in  July  
2011.  Glen  says  “Losing  weight  was  really  important  to  me  
as  I  wanted  to  be  fitter  for  returning  to  sport  after  a  knee  
operation,  also  for  my  general  health  and  wellbeing.  I  now  
feel  fitter  and  stronger  than  I  ever  have  and  I’m  very  excited  
about  losing  more  to  reach  my  ultimate  goals”  
From  the  Jetts  team:  “We  are  very  proud  of  how  well  you  
have  done  Glen.  Your  commitment  to  training  5  days  a  week  
and  eating  healthy  food  is  a  big  task  but  you  have  stuck  with  
it  and  now  you  get  to  experience  the  fantastic  results  you  
have  achieved.”
