EUROPATAG  –  23.03.2012  at  the  KvG-­‐Mettingen         Schedule  for  the    day           8:00  –  8:20   Wellcome  by  Mrs.Krieger  –  head  of  organisation  of  the   „EUROPATAG“  at  the  KvG-­‐Gymnasium       Gathering  of  all  groups  and  departing  to  the  classrooms     8:20  –  10:15     First  Workshop:   Introduction  of  your  country  –  including  flag,  hymn,  special   customs  and  habits,  currency,    famous  sport,  etc.       Introduction  to  your  language  –  simple  words  or  sentences     10:15  –  11:00    Big  European  Buffet  –  prepared  by  the  parents  of  the  participating   children     11:00  –  12:40   Second  Workshop:   Creation  of    a  poster  of  your  country  including  the  main   informations  such  as  flag,  number  of  inhabitants,  size  and  form  of   your  country,  etc.     It  would  be  nice  if  you  could  contribute  parts  of  the  the  nessecary   informations.   Beside  the  children  will  also  be    asked  to  gather  informations.     12:40  –  13:15   Meeting  of  all  groups  –  presentation  of  the  posters  –  open   discussion           Thanks  a  lot  in  advance  for  your  participation.  It  is  always  been  a  great  pleasure  and     lasting  experience  to  wellcome  „Europäische  Freiwillige“  to  our  school  .If  you  need  any   help  or  further  informations  –  please  do  not  hesitate  to  consult  me     There´s  also  a  chance  to  arrange  a  pick-­‐up  sevice  to  the  school  on  that  day  .       Nicole  Heinekamp     n.heinekamp@web.de                                    0177-­‐5454206     The  children  are  going  to  be  asked  to  choose  their  country  within  the  next  week  –   therefor  –  it  would  be  great  if  you  could  give  us  your  response  until  THURSDAY,     23.02.2012.  Thanks  a  lot  !!!!!!
