“Satellite  Logistics  Group”  as  it  is  known  to  its  customers,  refers  to  a  collective 
group of service providers: 
S&S  Traffic  Management  Company,  Ltd.,  a  Texas  limited  partnership  (dba 
Satellite Logistics Group) which acts in the role of a transportation intermediary 
for inland U.S. transportation of goods under authority of transportation broker 
license  no.  MC214678‐B  issued  by  the  Federal  Motor  Carrier  Safety 
Administration (“FMCSA”); 
Satellite  Logistics  Group,  Inc.,  a  Texas  corporation  which  acts  in  the  role  of  a 
distribution  center  supply  chain  management  company  for  operations  involving 
the  La  Porte,  Texas  distribution  center,  as  a  freight‐forwarder  or  agent  in 
arranging  international  transportation  of  goods  for  U.S.  import  or  export,  as  an 
ocean  transportation  intermediary  holding  license  number  16725NF  issued  by 
the  Federal  Maritime  Commission  (“FMC”)  which  includes  authority  to  act  as  a 
non‐vessel operating common carrier (“NVOCC”); 
Satellite  Logistics,  Inc.,  a  Maryland  corporation,  which  acts  in  the  role  of  a 
distribution  center  supply  chain  management  company  for  operations  involving 
the Baltimore, MD and Charleston, SC distribution centers; and, 
Satellite Logistics Group – Florida, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which 
acts  in  the  role  of  a  distribution  center  supply  chain  management  company  for 
operations involving the Miami, FL distribution center. 
 
The  services  of  these  separate  companies  are  seamlessly  coordinated  to  bring 
the  customer  the  highest  level  of  service  and  supply  chain  efficiencies.    The 
customer  benefits  from  the  diversity  of  services  offered  by  multiple  companies
