Aboriginal Youth Summer Program
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Complete ALL SECTIONS of this application (there are THREE pages)
Please print clearly!
Ask your parent or legal guardian to complete SECTION E of the application, and sign it.
A $100 fully refundable deposit is required to guarantee your spot in the Program. Payment of the
deposit is to be completed by credit card by a parent/guardian in SECTION E. This deposit will be
refunded in full upon attendance and successful completion of the Program.
Fax, mail or email the completed application form to Lisa Del Col, Aboriginal Law Program Coordinator
by May 30th, 2012
Within a week of the application deadline, a program representative will contact you via email with
further instructions. Be sure to provide us with an email address in SECTION B. Once your application
has been processed and you have been accepted, a Welcome Package will be emailed to you.

PROGRAM DATES AND FEES
The Program will run from Sunday, July 8th to Saturday, July 14th, 2012.
Thanks to generous grants from the Law Foundation of Ontario and the Law School Admissions Council,
program fees, food and accommodation for twenty (20) Aboriginal youth will be fully subsidized upon
acceptance into the program. Some travel assistance is available. Requests for travel assistance can be
made in SECTION G of this application. Additional, non-subsidized program spots may be available for a
nominal fee. Contact Lisa Del Col for more information on these additional spots.

applicant’s interest in law and vouch for the applicant’s commitment to attending the AYSP.
