Please give atleast 48 hours notice if cancelling your shoot. If any less than 48 hours notice, a fee of £10 will be charged to cover any costs. No-shows will also be charged £10. In any unforseen circumstances, your shoot may be moved to a later date - we will try and give as much notice as possible. Terms & Conditions Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Proof of ID required over 16 for portfolio modelling. Proof of ID required over 18 for suggestive/nude modelling. All photos taken are the photographer’s property by default and are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Models can only use images once a Model Release Form has been completed, signed and dated. Use of any photos and/or designs without the photographer’s or model’s permission is an infringement of copyright and could lead to legal action.
