For more detailed prices we will have to see your design and work out a stitch count, in
order for us to calculate the exact cost.
Please Note:
The biggest standard Size we Embroid is usually 20cm x 20cm. For Bigger Designs please
enquire in-store or contact a sales person. You can use up to 9 Different Colours in one
design and it does not affect the pricing.

We now also offer Vector Artwork Designing at good Rates Starting from.

Terms Of Service
Orders:
1. A Job card and purchase order will be completed on placing of orders containing all needed
info on that specific order. It will be signed by the client in store or via e-mail.
2. We will only start working on orders once ALL needed info is received from client as well as
a signed Purchase order is received back via E-mail/fax or delivered in store.
3. Our Standard Service Delivery time is 2-10 Business days depending on our workload. We will
always keep you updated on your order.

Artwork/Digitizing:
4. If samples have been made and the client does not accept job, they will still be liable to pay
for any Artwork/Digitizing involved.
5. Allow at least 1 -2 Days for any artwork to be done. All Digitizing must also be
approved/signed-off in store or via e-mail/fax before we proceed with any printing.
6. Depending on the detail of your Logo/Design in might affect the delivery time of your order,
as the artwork will usually take longer and we also make use of a company is the USA to help
us with high quality high detailed designs.

Payments:
7. We accept Visa/Master Card payments in store, Cash and EFT payments.
8. We Require a 50 % Deposit on ALL orders. Balances will be paid on Collection of order.
9. Proof of EFT Payment, Cash, or Card payments will be accepted on Collection of job in Store
before any Items leave the shop. NO Cheques Accepted

Other:
10. We offer free Delivery anywhere is South-Africa on orders of R800 or more.
11. We Cannot be held responsible for any damage done to garments you supply due to poor
material quality, although every effort will be taken to safeguard your items.
12. We will always try to give you the highest Quality Embroidery and any other services you
require from us.
13. By Signing on any orders you Agree that you accept the above Terms of Service
14. We Regret, NO REFUNDS unless there was problem from our side, That’s why all orders
must be signed off. When ordering Samples for clients, and the client pays for it, We will only
be able to offer the client Credit at our store if they decide to return all items and not continue
with any jobs.
