Introduction & Purpose
LPA’s Master Planning team welcomed the
Facility Needs Assessment & Improvement Plan
Committee (FNAIPC) to the second of five (5)
meetings. (See attached PowerPoint presentation
with agenda)
a. LPA explained that the common themes
developed from the small group
discussions at the last FNAIPC meeting
(Meeting #1) were used to develop into
the draft Guiding Principles that will be
presented today to this committee for
