About Cystic Fibrosis

causes  a  buildup  of  thick  mucus  
in  the  lungs,  digestive  track,  
and  other  parts  of  the  body  
v Annually  affects  30,000  
children  and  adults  in  the  
US  and  70,000  worldwide  
v Has  no  cure  

 
v Funding  for  research  has  greatly  
improved  life  expectancy  

 

What is Deepher Dude?
An  all  male  beauty  pageant  that  takes  place  at  Drexel  
University  every  year.  With  eager  contestants  selected  
from  various  Drexel  organizations  on  campus,  a  
diversified  panel  of  judges,  and  an  enthusiastic  crowd,  
Delta  Phi  Epsilon  raises  money  for  its  top  philanthropy  
during  one  of  the  biggest  events  on  campus.  
This  pageant  will  be  held  at  Drexel  University  Main  
Campus  on  Saturday,  February  2nd,  2013.  All  of  the  funds  
are  generated  from  donations,  raffling  off  of  items  
throughout  the  event,  and  fundraising  efforts  from  
DPhiE  members  and  contestants.  
We  hope  to  see  you  there!

Our  advertising  opportunities  include:  
v Space  in  the  Deepher  Dude  2013  program  given  to  all  attendees  upon  arrival  to  the  event  (awarded  to  every  donor  of  
any  amount)  
v Company  logo  on  a  step-­‐and-­‐repeat  that  will  be  used  during  the  event  (granted  to  top  donors,  see  form  attached)  

We  would  like  to  request  a  monetary  donation  either  by  itself  or  in  the  form  of  a  matching  gift.  We  
are  also  looking  for  any  tangible  donations  that  can  be  raffled  off  at  our  event.
