Using Geographic Attribute Weighted Regression for CAMA Modeling
Journal of Property Tax Assessment and Administration



Co-authored with Wayne Moore, PH.D.
Applied a modified form of geographically weighted regression to widely-used test data, widely-used Fairfax
County data, and local City of Norfolk data and reported the findings. The new model achieved the best point
estimate results in both the test and Fairfax data when compared to other competing models.
