- Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that enters. Sometimes the garnishes
could richer than the meals itself. Accompaniments too could be extremely rich. Remember that it is
the easiest thing in the world to eat something without recognizing that it was something that you
must not have actually consumed. Selective memory you know...
- Quit snacking between meals. Do not succumb to treats between meals. This is particularly true for
those who need to travel a whole lot. They feel that the only time they could get a bite to eat is treats
and junk meals. The major problem with most treats and junk meals is that they are typically less
filling and consist of a great deal of fat and calories. Just think of French fries... Appealing but terribly
fattening.
- Drink a glass of water prior to you begin the dish. Water normally needs some space so that you
feel fuller without really having to stuff yourself.
- Count the calories as you eat. It's a great idea to have an idea of the calories that most meals items
have. If it is a jam-packed thing then the tag makes sure to have the calories that the substance has.
SIDENOTE: Water is such an amazing thing, but seldom do we offer it the credit that it is entitled to.
Did you know that over 66 % of your body weight is nothing but water? It's outstanding!
Water also plays a vital part in weight control, which is why I donated so much time to it, above.
- Stay away from deep-fried things. Fried things are a downright no-no. The even more deep-fried
things that you stay clear of, the lower weight you will acquire. Fried things are called so since they

- If you could state no to alcoholic drinks please do. Alcoholic drinks too are bad for you. Beer could
be fattening and the rest of the alcoholic beverages may not be fattening on their own but after a
couple of swigs you will be in
- Try to have morning meal within one hour of waking. It's constantly best to have morning meal within

an hour of waking so that your body could charge itself with the energy it needs for the day. The idea
is not to await your self to get actually starving. Breakfast is the most essential dish of the day but that
does not imply that it needs to be the most filling dish of the day.
