Aquaphina Terms and Conditions:
Giveaway Item:
Includes: 15' X 30' Kona Pool only, up to 5' deep, up to 12' Raised Bond Beam, 1/2Hp motor and
pump, 36 sq. ft. filter with backwash, 500 watt white light, 220v automatic timer, light gray
plaster.
Terms:
1. Winner must reside in Aquaphina's demographic area. In the event winner reside outside of
demographic area, winner may apply Giveaway value of $25,000.00 towards standard pool
pricing.
2. Winner must sign acceptance letter and agree to reference their name in future promotions.
3. No cash redemption.
4. Giveaway value of $25,000.00 can be applied to an up graded "Custom" pool or pool and spa
standard package.
5. Should winner decide not to except the Giveaway prize. Winner must sign the decline letter.
Giveaway item can be transferred to someone who lives in Aquaphina's demographic area. If
recipient lives outside of demographic area, same conditions shall apply as outlined in item 1.
above.
Winner's Responsibilities:








Winner is responsible for the costs of all permits.
Winners is responsible to provide access to install the swimming pool. Items such as but
not limited to: removal of existing wall(s) and/or gate(s), removal and replacement of
existing concrete for swimming pool and or utilities, additional grading, sod repair,
sprinkler modification, unknown underground soil conditions fence and gates to code at
before plastering pool. Should any of these conditions exist, a bid shall be provided
upon request.
Winner is responsible for any increase in property tax if any.
Winner is responsible for the cost of filling the pool at completion.
Winner is responsible for the maintenance of pool.
