NWAC Inc. Privacy Policy
Ok, we know no one wants to really sift through the Privacy Policy as it can be lengthy with a bunch of legal terms, but we have to
include it for obvious reasons. Good news is, we put the important stuff at the top in summary for what customers are probably most
concerned about. So, you can read the first few paragraphs, and if you want to know more in great detail, feel free to read on!
Our company, NWA Connect Inc. also referred to as NWAC Inc., will update you accordingly when there are changes to this
disclosure.

What information do we collect?
NWA Connect Inc. collects information from you when you fill out an application online or via regular mail or fax,
register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or complete a poll.
When applying to be a client, ordering products or services, or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be
asked to enter your: name, business information, Tax ID/EIN, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or bank
account/credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to
serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of
the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

end of this Privacy Policy. Please note, unsubscribing to our emails will void your consent to electronic communications and
may stop service on current projects. You may be denied certain products or services if you choose to opt out of services
which include our email updates on legal matters – this does not apply to optional opt in information, promotions and other
optional services to opt into, that are provided by our company.

How do we protect your information?
NWA Connect Inc. implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when
you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those
authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on
our servers, unless a recurred billing or subscription plan has been set in place.

Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web
browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and
remember certain information.
We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your

content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any

Since NWA Connect Inc. values your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the
California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties
without your consent. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes
to their information at any time by contacting us via phone, email, or our office.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
NWA Connect Inc. is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not
intentionally collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.

Use of Site by Minor
Though NWA Connect Inc. may provide services for a minor, such as a custom website or flyer, all services for those
under the age of 18 will require parental consent before such services can be rendered. NWA Connect Inc. will not
conduct business, interviews or consultations with underage clients without prior written consent from a parent or an
authorized parent guardian.
