to do "There Goes the Neighborhood" which has been shortened to "Short Sale",
a few years back, with Writer/Producer Floyd Byars. As far as we're concerned,
Mr. Byars does have a verbal commitment from you and we apologize for this
misunderstanding of you not being brought up to date.
We are a real, authenticated production company with Canadian partners
and this confusion is slanting our good name into an area none of us would
choose to be in; it is unfortunate. Our casting agent is Vicky Thomas and our
entertainment attorney is Walter Batt, both of whom will be in touch with you
and your agent ASAP. We are a legitimate production company and we are just as
unhappy about the confusion as you are.
