You should always have an idea as to what you personal values are before you develop a plan for

and see if this helps you become more positive as an individual.
Write a pep talk to yourself. List all of your good qualities on a postcard. Whenever you feel a lack
of confidence, read it. You can even record yourself reading it aloud and listen to it often. How will

Each day should be an opportunity to top the previous day's accomplishments. It is important to
make sure you keep pushing yourself every day to keep improving. Try and improve yourself

people about what they've done. People will appreciate your company more, and you will find new
common points of interests between you and your friends.
Increasing your knowledge of the world around you is the heart of personal development. You
