How Does Stress Affect You?
Stress affects the mind, body, and behavior in many ways, and everyone experiences
stress differently.
Common External Causes of Stress:
1.) Major Life Changes
"When he received this news, he was terrified and deeply upset. He fell sick and
became greatly depressed because things had not turned out the way he had planned."
(1 Maccabees 6:8)
2.) Work
Working Overtime Can Cause Depression, "Do not wear yourself out trying to be rich,
do not dwell on it. Set your eyes on wealth and it no longer exists; it sprouts wings and
flies into the sky like an eagle."(Proverbs 23:4-5)
3.) Financial Problems
"The rich hide within the fortress that is their wealth, but the poor are dismayed due to
their poverty."(Proverbs 10:15)
Stress can play a role in circulatory diseases such as coronary heart disease, sudden
cardiac death, and strokes.
"Being cheerful keeps you healthy. It is slow death to be gloomy all the time.
(Proverbs 17:22)
If you’re experiencing any of the warning signs of stress, it’s important to see a doctor
for a full evaluation. Your doctor can help you determine whether or not your symptoms
are stress-related.
"Then consult the doctor; remember that he was established by the Lord, so do not
disregard him - you need him. There are cases when good health depends on doctors.
They, too, will pray to the Most High to grant them success in healing in order to save
life."(Sirach 38:12-14)

How Can a Christian Overcome Depression?
1.) Commit Yourself To Your Complete Recovery
"Fill me with joy and gladness;
let the bones you have crushed rejoice." (Psalm 51:10)
2.) Commit Yourself To Prayer And Thanksgiving
"Do not be anxious about anything. In everything resort to prayer and
supplication together with thanksgiving and bring your requests before
God.Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will keep
your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)
3.) Even if you don’t feel like it, commit yourself to praising God and
trust in Him.
"Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in
God!
I will praise him again--my Savior and my God!"(Psalm 42:11)
4.) Commit yourself to Jesus
"But God, who comforts the depressed, comforted us by the coming of
Titus." (2 Corinthians 7:6)

Why Does God Allow Us To Go Through Trials?
1.) To Test Our Faith

These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire
tests and purifies gold--though your faith is far more precious than mere
gold. (1 Peter 1:7)
2.) It is Designed to Correct Wrong Behavior
For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance
without regret, leading to salvation. (2 Corinthians 7:10)

3.) There is Such a Great Reward In It!
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the
test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to
those who love him. (James 1:12)

Why Does God Allow Hurt And Pain To The
People He Loves?
There are two different answers to this question.
1.) We Suffer Because of our Bad Choices
GOD created man in His image and He gave us free will. Because we can
each choose our own paths and we create situations that are far from the
perfect plan God intended.
"Let the heavens and the earth listen, that they may be witnesses against
you. I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore,
choose life that you and your descendants may live."(Deuteronomy 30:19)
Also the concept of free will inevitably means that some people get hurt by
choices they make. Our decisions and actions are not influenced by His
sovereignty however. Our decisions and actions are influenced by the

circumstances we find ourselves in, and the decision(s) we make and
actions we take in those circumstances.
God also wants us to realize there are consequences to our decision and
actions.
"Sadness from God brings firm repentance that leads to salvation and
brings no regret, but worldly grief produces death."(2 Corinthians 7:10)
He never changes and He is the same today as he was in the past and will
be in the future. People do change though and God calls us to repent and
change of our ways.
"The Lord does not delay in fulfilling his promise, though some speak of
delay; rather he gives you time because he does not want anyone to
perish, but that all may come to conversion."(2 Peter 3:9)
2.) Pain and suffering is part of Christian's Life
"For through Christ you have been granted not only to believe in Christ but
also to
suffer for him."(Philippians 1:29)
Remember, He disciplines us not to satisfy the demands of justice, but "for
our good, that we may share in his holiness.
"For the Lord corrects those he loves and chastises everyone he accepts
as a son.
What you endure is in order to correct you. God treats you like sons and
what son is not corrected by his father?"(Hebrews 12:6-7).
As We Continue To Grow, Let us remember the following things:

A.) We must prepare ourselves for trials
"If you have decided to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for trials."(Sirach
2:1)
B.) Do Not Consider It a Disgrace
"If anyone suffers on account of being a Christian, do not consider it a
disgrace; rather let this name bring glory to God."(1 Peter 4:16)

C.) Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial
"Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the
test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to
those who love
him."(James 1:12)
D.) The One Who Endures To The End Will Be Saved.
"And everyone will hate you because you are my followers. But the one
who endures to the end will be saved."(Mark 13:13)

What are the Benefits of Suffering through
Trials?
1.) You Can Get Exceeding Joy
"But if you partake of the sufferings of Christ, rejoice that when his glory
shall be revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy."(1 Peter 4:13)

2.) Brings Repentance That Leads to Salvation
"Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no
regret, but worldly sorrow brings death."(2 Corinthians 7:10)

3.) You Will Not Be Idle and Useless; You Will Rather Be rooted in The
Knowledge of Jesus Christ Our Lord.
" So, strive with the greatest determination and increase your faith with
strength, strength with knowledge, knowledge with moderation, moderation
with constancy, constancy with piety, piety with mutual affection, mutual
affection with charity.
If all these riches are in you so as to abound in you, you will not be idle and
useless; you will rather be rooted in the knowledge of Jesus Christ our
Lord."(2 Peter 1:5-8)
4.) You Will Be Blessed and You will Receive The Crown of Life
"Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has
stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to
those who love him." (James 1:12)

5.) You Will Be Saved
"And you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures
to the end
will be saved."(Mark 13:13)

How To Turn Your Problems Into Blessings?

Turn your Trials into Blessings (Lack of Money)
Many people suffering from depression have money problems. Does the
depression come as a result of the financial issues?
Everyone will have their personal opinions about how important money is
and whether money will make them happy and I respect that. I am not
saying that I do not want money or that money does not matter, because
money does matter.
The testing or trials we undergo come in various ways. A Major Problem
Facing the Poor is Lack of Money. It will be very difficult for them and Lack
of transportation is a very significant problem for people living in poverty.
I really understand that some brethren are poor without a choice. They are
born poor and its really hard for them to get out of the cycle even if they
want to do so. Those that are born poor may not be able to afford
education.
In these days all these will be allowed to test us. This helps us grow in
grace and faith. This helps us know our weaknesses. This brings great
rewards in our lives.
In this world, there will be sickness, and disease, financial problems,
hunger and poverty. There is no way we can escape it. Trials will come to
test our faith.
Exactly how did God test Abraham? He told Abraham to sacrifice his own
son, a very difficult thing to do. (Genesis 22:1-12)
God was not only interested in knowing how much Abraham loved Him; He
is obviously quite interested in knowing how much all of us love Him.
Abraham passed his test. Once he did, God said to him:

"I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and
have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you and make
your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on
the seashor".(Genesis 22:16-17)
Once Abraham passed his test, it resulted in God greatly blessing him and
also promising to make him a great blessing to others.
The same thing happens when we pass God’s tests. We get blessed, and
God can make us a greater blessing to others.
God will bless you; He will turn your problems into blessings.
"Do not depend on money. Be content with having enough for today for
God has said: I will never forsake you or abandon you."(Hebrews 13:5)
God's BIG blessing to us - "I will never forsake you or abandon you."

Turn your Trials into Blessings (You've Been Diagnosed with Cancer)
Every year, millions of people are diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer Kills Both Rich and Poor and Cancer can kill anybody, no matter
the age, size or class.
Cancer places the victim into a hopeless state of watching this creeping
plague devour his or her body.
Your doctor will ask you questions about the symptoms you are
experiencing to help find out the cause of the problem, called a diagnosis.
"Then consult the doctor; remember that he was established by the Lord,
so do not disregard him - you need him."(Sirach 38:12)
Most people want to do anything possible to treat cancer, whether it’s the

first treatment or the second or third one. Some people get some of the
same types of treatment that they had the first time (for instance, surgery or
chemo).
The Average Cost For Cancer Chemotherapy Treatment
The cost of eight weeks of chemotherapy can range from $100 to $30,000.
Cancer treatment can save most lives but many can't afford it.
Cancer was once assumed to be a death sentence because the disease
was often incurable, but a new survey suggests the crisis for many today is
paying for available treatments.
What about those poor patients who cannot afford?
Thousands of poor people are dying from cancer because they do not have
the same chances as the rich.
But here's the truth: A person with disease like cancer cannot buy life with
any amount of money even if he or she is the richest person.
"What good is it to gain the whole world but destroy yourself? There is
nothing you can give to recover your life."(Mark 8:36-37)
But while you live here physically, There is a Solution, There is an
Immeasurable Wealth and There's a Blessing for You, no matter what type
of cancer you have.
1.) There is a Solution
Jesus Christ is always there waiting and willing to be your Healer and He is
the total solution to human problems. He is bigger than your cancer.
"My son, when you are sick do not be anxious; pray to the Lord to heal
you."(Sirach 38:9)
We remember the Gospel story of the woman who was suffering from a
bleeding problem for 12 years.
She had greatly suffered, spent all of her funds, seen various doctors and

tried everything to get cured
(Mark 5:25).
As a last resort, she approached Jesus for healing.
If chemotherapy doesn't work Then go to Jesus Christ and Surrender your
Life to God!
2.) There is an Immeasurable Wealth
Your faith is a treasure of immeasurable wealth.
"Listen, my dear friends! God chose the poor people of this world to be rich
in faith and to possess the kingdom which he promised to those who Love
him."(James 2:5)
Stage IV Cancer is very difficult but not impossible to beat.
"If you can'?" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who
believes."(Mark 9:23)
God still does miracles today. He heals people with cancer every day.
"He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly
diseases."(Psalms 91:3)
Many sicknesses are the direct result of foolish acts.
"Some were fools, suffering because of their sins and because of their
sins."(Psalms 107:17)
Ask for God's forgiveness right away then go to confession ASAP and
confess it as Christ has asked you to. Hence Jesus' need to forgive the sin
before he can be healed physically.
The account of the healing of the paralyzed man in Mark 2:1-12 contains a
number of lessons for growing Christians. Hence Jesus' need to forgive the
sin before he can be healed physically. If the sin has caused sickness,
healing will follow confession and prayer.

3.) There's a Blessing for You
You don't have to be afraid of Cancer anymore and don't be afraid of death.
Sickness or death, Jesus could overcome them both.
St. Paul evidently said that death will bring greater goodness to us all.
“For to me, living means living for Christ, and dying is even
better.”(Philippians 1:21)
Put your 100% Trust in Jesus Christ instead of worrying your life away. It's
a blessing that you have been able to put all your faith in Jesus Christ.
"Anyone who trusts in Him will never be disgraced."(Romans 10:11)

Turn Your Trials into Blessings (Falsely Accused)
Perhaps some of you have had this experience. Someone who has
deliberately sought to slander you. False accusations are a serious
problem!
God has given each of us a conscience that brings guilt when we do wrong.
St. Paul modeled a well-maintained conscience, saying, “I strive always to
keep my conscience clear before God and man” (Acts 24:16).
It is very important to make sure that you really do have a clear conscience.
"Keep your conscience clear so that those who slander you may be put to
shame by your upright, Christian living."(1 Peter 3:16)
If you are not guilty, you have nothing to worry about. You are living in
God's witness protection plan!
"So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can
man do to me?”(Hebrews 13:6)
If you are innocent of any crime, be persistent, stick to the truth and try your

best not to get angry at any stage.
Let the Truth Speak Loudly!
"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."(John 8:32)
How are we to react when people falsely accuse us?
1.) Remember what Jesus said
Believers in GOD through JESUS CHRIST should expect trials!
That phrase “all kinds of evil” means that the followers of Jesus will endure
insults, lies, ridicule and false accusations, and those attacks will come in
many different ways.
"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all
kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because
great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the
prophets who were before you."(Matthew 5:11-12)
This is a Blessing for you!
2.) Don’t be Surprised
"Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you
to test you, as though something strange were happening to you."
(1 Peter 4:12)
All who want to serve God in Christ Jesus will be persecuted!
We can find several examples in the Bible of the righteous (or at least the
non-guilty) being accused of wrongs they did not commit.
- Joseph As a servant, he was accused of raping the wife of his master,
Potiphar. He was thrown in jail. This was just one of many ways he suffered
unjustly. (Genesis 39:14-20)

- St. Paul is falsely accused before Felix (Acts 24:1-25)
3.) You can hire an attorney to represent you and go to court, if
necessary.
If someone is accusing you of doing something illegal, remain silent,
document what is being told to you, and seek legal counsel immediately.
There are several Godly lawyers who are willing to help you if you need
their help.
Zenas the Lawyer was one of the Seventy Disciples which were spread out
by Jesus of Nazareth to spread his message. He was follower and
companion of the Apostle Paul and mentioned in the New Testament.
"Do your best to send Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their way soon, and
see to it that they have everything they need."(Titus 3:13)
4.) Fix Your Eyes on Jesus
"Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set
before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the
right hand of the throne of God."(Hebrews 12:2)
In spite of his faithful service he was arrested and accused of blasphemy.
Even in the face of severe consequences he proclaimed the pure Word of
truth. He was stoned to death, but he never reacted with resentment toward
those who were killing him.
Some people accused Jesus of working for Beelzebub (Luke 11:15)

It All Seems So Unfair, Where Is The Justice In All Of This?
Most of us would agree that all is not equal here on earth, that there is
injustice in this world.
Dont worry time will come, Jesus Christ Is The Only Solution!

"But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven
and a new earth, where righteousness dwells."(2 Peter 3:13)

What Do You Do When You Get Sick?
1.) Pray To The Lord
"My son, when you are sick do not be anxious; pray to the Lord to heal
you."(Sirach 38:9)
2.) Consult Your Doctor
"Then consult the doctor; remember that he was established by the Lord,
so do not disregard him - you need him. There are cases when good health
depends on doctors. They, too, will pray to the Most High to grant them
success in healing in order to save life."(Sirach 38:12-14)
3.) Take Your Medicine the Right Way
"Healing, in fact, comes from the Most High; the gift of healing comes from
the Sovereign. The doctor's expertise gives him prestige and wins for him
the admiration of the powerful. The Lord created the medicinal herbs which
grow on the earth, and these a sensible person will not despise."(Sirach
38:2-4)
4.) Prayers from your community, friends, and family are extremely
important
" There will be healing if you confess your sins to one another and pray for
each other. The prayer of the upright man has great power, provided he
perseveres."(James 5:16)

What Do You Do When You Eat In A Party?
1.) Invitation from the Heart
Very Simple, If you are not invited to the party then don't go to it!.
"Do not eat the food of a begrudging host,
do not crave his delicacies;
for he is the kind of person
who is always thinking about the cost.
Eat and drink,” he says to you,
but his heart is not with you." (Proverbs 23:6-7)
2.) Be Professional
"Are you seated at the table of the great?
Bring to it no greedy gullet, Nor say, 'How much food there is here!'."
(Sirach 31:12)
3.) Wait for the Right Time
"If there are many with you at table, do not be the first to stretch out your
hand." (Sirach 31:18)
4.) Pray Before Eat
For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is
received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of God
and prayer. (1 Timothy 4:4-5)
5.) Eat Moderately

In whatever you do, be moderate,
and no sickness will befall you. (Sirach 31:22)
6.) Learning to Be Content
"Eat, like anyone else, what is set before you,
but do not eat greedily, lest you be despised." (Sirach 31:16)
7.) Be Considerate to Others
"Recognize that your neighbor feels as you do,
and keep in mind everything you dislike." (Sirach 31:15)

Why Do We Pray Before Eating Meals?
Some Christians frequently pray before meals, giving thanks to God for the
food we are about to eat.
It's important to give thanks for every meal and to be thankful to God for
Everything.
"Those who give with thanks offerings honor me,
but the one who walks blamelessly,
I will show him the salvation of God."(Psalms 50:23)
It is very important to pray over your food and drink before consuming it.
This is even more important to do if you want to grow spiritually.
"Everything created by God is good, and all food is lawful; nothing is to be
rejected if we receive it with thanksgiving, for it is blessed with the word of
God and prayer, and made holy."(1 Timothy 4:4-5)

What You Need to Know About Sleeping
Through the Night?
1.) God knows everything and He Knows all your actions
"You see me, whether I am working or resting; you know all my
actions."(Psalms 139:3)
2.) You Are Secure
"Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest
secure"(Psalms 16:9)
3.) Don't Be Afraid of the Dark
"When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep
will be sweet."(Proverbs 3:24)
The time just before we go to sleep is a great time for focusing our hearts
and our attention on God. We can begin by giving thanks to Him, and
perhaps ask Him for forgiveness for where we have failed Him.
Don't forget to pray before you sleep.

What Values Can You Gain From Physical
Exercises?
A godly understanding of physical fitness or discipline connects the
physical to the spiritual.
"For bodily exercise has some value." (1 Timothy 4:8)
The apostle Paul also mentions physical training in illustrating spiritual
truth.
"Have you not learned anything from the stadium? Many run, but only one
gets the prize. Run, therefore, intending to win it, as athletes who impose
upon themselves a rigorous discipline. Yet for them the wreath is of laurels
which wither, while for us, it does not wither. So, then, I run knowing where
I go. I box but not aimlessly in the air."(1 Corinthians 9:24-26)”

How important is Outer Beauty in comparison To
Your Inner Beauty?
1.) GOD Created Outer Beauty
"He has made everything beautiful in its time." (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
2.) God uses our outward appearance to attract others to Him through
us.
God may be more concerned about our hearts, but we live in a world of
people He expects us to reach.
"She put sandals on her feet, put on her anklets, bracelets and rings, her
earrings and all her jewels. She made herself extremely beautiful in order
to attract the attention of the men who would see her."(Judith 10:4)

3.) Outer beauty IS important to God, not as important as our hearts,
but part of the total BEAUTIFUL package He's created in us.
"The girl pleased him and won his favor. Immediately he provided her with
her beauty treatments and special food." (Esther 2:9)
It is true of course, that some people are more attractive than others—
when it comes to a body or a face.
Above all, your inner beauty is very important.
"There is something more permanent that
shines from within a person: a gentle and
peaceful disposition. This is really precious in
God's eyes.
This was the way the holy women of the past
dressed. They put their trust in God and were
obedient to their husbands." (1 Peter 3:4-5)

Should A Christian Woman
Wear Immodest Dress in
Public Places?
St. Paul clearly says in 1 Timothy 2:9-10
"Likewise also that Women Should Adorn Themselves in Respectable
Apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or
pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess
godliness—with good works."(1 Timothy 2:9-10)
What’s Wrong with Immodesty?
Related principles help us to understand what immodesty is and how it
expresses itself. Jesus said that if one lusts for a woman, he has committed

adultery with her in his heart (Matthew 5:27-28)
The clothing that a woman wears can easily arouse this lust.
"Do not cause anyone to stumble."(1 Corinthians 10:32)
Jesus said to his disciples: "Things that cause people to sin are bound to
come, but woe to that person through whom they come."(Luke 17:1)
You Don't Care What They Think?
"I have the right to do anything, you say—but not everything is beneficial. I
have the right to do anything —but not everything is constructive. No one
should seek their own good, but the good of others."
(1 Corinthians 10:23-24)

Is Smoking A Sin?
It has been scientifically proven that smoking is harmful to our bodies. It
can lead to numerous physical ailments including: cardiovascular disease,
heart disease and cancer.
So we believe its now time we listen to our doctors!
"Then consult the doctor; remember that he was established by the Lord,
so do not disregard him - you need him. There are cases when good health
depends on doctors."(Sirach 38:12-13)
Some People Believe Cigarette Smoking Isn't Bad For You, Because
Cigarette Smoking is not specifically mentioned in the Bible.
But Here's A Question: Is There Any Place In The Bible That Asks You To
Do It?
Just Because You Can't Read It, Then It Is Not A Sin?
You Can't Even Find The Word "Shabu" in the Bible. So Does This Mean
that We Are Allowed To Use Shabu?

Cigarette Smoking is one vice in the world that has claimed millions of
victims.
"The Lord hates every kind of vice; you cannot love it and still fear HIM."
(Sirach 15:13, Good News Bible)
Our own body and life is our own gift from God and We Have To Preserve
Our Body by not Smoking.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you,
given by God? You belong no longer to yourselves.
Remember at what price you have been bought and make your body serve
the glory of God."(1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
Deliberately causing harm to your body for the sake of pleasure is not
treating it as the temple of the holy spirit.
"If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him. God's temple
is holy, and you are this temple."(1 Corinthians 3:17)
If A Kid Sees You Smoking and Starts Up Thinking It's OK and Later Dies
of Lung Cancer, You Are Partly Responsible.
"Jesus said to his disciples, "Scandals will necessarily come and cause
people to fall; but woe to the one who has brought it about."(Luke 17:1)

Is Masturbation a Sin?

Masturbation is a sin because of the following reasons:
1.) It is sinful to indulge in the sexual pleasure that is derived from the
satisfaction of using one's imagination to FIXATE upon obscene images, or
obscene actions, or forbidden sex.
"And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on
what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable.
Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."(Philippians 4:8)
2.) Do not desire what you aren’t supposed to desire.
It would seem that many kinds of desire are acceptable and normal, but
desire for things that belong to your neighbor are not.
If we set our hearts on our neighbor’s wife, then that is a bad lust "Do not
covet your neighbor's wife."(Exodus 20:17)
Matthew 5:28 is usually quoted at this point. Therein lies the first
misconception concerning lust - equating lust with thoughts. Lust does not
mean thought. The most common words translated as lust in the Bible are
epithumeo, epipotheo, and orego. They all mean to desire, to covet, to long
for intensely, to set one’s heart upon.
3.) It can be addicting and often leads to engagement in other sexual
activities.
"But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own
desire."(James 1:14)
Whoever committed any type of sin including masturbation, You need to go
to Confession as soon as possible.
"Do not delay to turn back to the Lord,
and do not postpone it from day to day;

for suddenly the wrath of the Lord will come upon you,
and at the time of punishment you will perish." (Sirac 5:7)
After your confession.
God wants you to have a deep assurance that His Word is to strengthen
you.
"No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed
remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of
God." (1 John 3:9)
Also, A big challenge is to avoid lust in general. That means staying away
from Pornography.
"And do not give the devil an opportunity to work."(Ephesians 4:27)
Some People Might Say... "Masturbation is healthy!"
The world has a way of saying that a lot of disordered things are "good".
But remember what God's Word says! - "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide
is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are
many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way
which leads to life, and there are few who find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)

Is Friday 13th A Bad Luck Day?
The Fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskevidekatriaphobia, a word
derived from the Greek words Paraskeví (Friday) and dekatreís (thirteen),
attached to phobía (fear).

1.) Fear of Friday the 13th is based on superstition, and that is just what
Satan wants us to do, to fear, to be afraid, and not to be all that God wants
us to be.
"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has
to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."(1
John 4:18)
2.) Attending to Superstitions and Planning our lives around them can
provide an opening for Satan who prowls around like a roaring lion looking
for someone to devour.
" Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a
roaring lion looking for someone to devour."(1 Peter 5:8)
3.) One theory states that it is a modern amalgamation of two older
superstitions: that thirteen is an unlucky number and that Friday is an
unlucky day. Combining two unlucky elements into one day would make it
all the more fearsome.
We should get our faith not from objects or rituals of man-made origin, but
from the one true God who gives eternal life.
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive
philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual
forces of this world rather than on Christ. For in Christ all the fullness of the
Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness.
He is the head over every power and authority."
(Colossians 2:8-10)

Should One Believe In Astrology?

1.) Astrology is a false belief that wisdom comes from the stars. Our
wisdom comes from God alone.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to
all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."(James 1:5)
The Word of God, the Bible, is our guide through life.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."(Psalms 119:105)
2.) God specifies astrologers as among those who will be burned as
stubble in God’s judgment.
"Yet you are wearied with so many advisers. Let your astrologers stand up,
your stargazers who foretell what will happen each month; let them save
you from what is to come upon you. Look, they will be like stubble and the
fire will burn them. They cannot even save themselves from the power of
consuming flames. These are no embers to warm anyone, no fireside to sit
by."(Isaiah 47:13-14)
3.) Astrology as a form of divination is expressly forbidden in Scripture.
"Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the
fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in
witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults
the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD;
because of these same detestable practices the LORD your God will drive
out those nations before you. You must be
blameless before the LORD your God.The nations you will dispossess
listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the LORD
your God has not permitted you to do so."(Deuteronomy 18:10-14)
It is completely and totally forbidden in the Word of God and the reason is
because the stars can’t tell your future and they can’t tell your present.

That’s the revelation of God alone involved in telling the truth; that’s just a
demonic way to capture the fancy of people so that the demons can
persuade them toward a certain behavior.

Do All Dreams Come True?
1.) Dreams Come From Over-Anxiety
"As a dream comes when there are many cares, so the speech of a fool
when there are many words."(Ecclesiastes 5:3)
Dreams can come out of a busy mind. When the mind is not resting while
the body sleeps.
Let Us Move Into The Attitudes of Calm and Peace.
Release Your Worries Through Prayer - "Do not be anxious about anything,
but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present
your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all
understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
(Philippians 4:6-7)

2.) Dreams Have Misled Many People

"Dreams have misled many people; they put their faith in them, only to be
disappointed."(Sirach 34:7)
You should never rely on dreams to achieve success in life. Prayer and
hard work is the key to success.

3.) Heavenly Dreams and Revelations

And then you have the dream that is sent by the Maker of Heaven and
Earth. He graciously sends an encoded message to your mind revealing
His will and plan about several matters.
Joseph from the Old Testament. God had given him this special gift to
reveal dreams
"They answered, "Both of us have had a dream, but there is no one to
interpret them." Then Joseph said to them, "Is it not God who interprets
dreams? Tell me what they were." (Genesis 40:8)

Is the gift limited to Joseph only?

If Your Dream is from God then we need to ask God to give us wisdom to
discern His will.
"If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He
will not rebuke you for asking."(James 1:5)

Are Dinosaurs Real?
The term is derived from the Greek words δεινός (deinos, meaning
"terrible," "potent," or "fearfully great") and σα ῦρος (sauros, meaning
"lizard" or "reptile").
We can't deny the fact that there is much scientific evidence.

Let us look within the Bible for the Truth.
In English
"And GOD said, Let the earth bring forth all kinds of living creatures, cattle,
and creeping things, and beasts of the earth after their kind; and it was
so."(Genesis 1:24)
In Hebrew
Va.yo.mer Elohim to.tze ha.a.retz ne.fesh cha.ya le.min.na Be.he.ma
va.re.mes ve.chay.to-eretz le.mi.na vay.hi-chen.
the Hebrew word "chayyah" refers to animals that eat flesh.

Does Everyone Have Their Own Guardian Angel?
Every child has a guardian angel, also have their own angels that are
assigned specifically to them and these same angels communicate to the
Father on their behalf.

"See that you do not despise any of these little ones, for I tell you: their
angels in heaven continually see the face of my heavenly Father."(Matthew
18:10)
Since babies and children are considered innocent, God sent His angel to
help them.
"For everyone who lives on milk is still a baby and does not yet know the
difference between right and wrong."(Hebrews 5:13)
Every person and each child before they reach the age of accountability,
whatever that age is, has at least one angel assigned to them.
If you are not a believer in Christ Jesus then you have no angels watching
over you. If you don't fear God, you will sin to your sinful heart's delight.

"The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him,
and he delivers them."(Psalm 34:7)

A Dog's Purpose - Can We Care For And Love
One In Our Home?
1.) Dogs Can Be Trained to Support Men
"And Tobias went forward, and the dog followed him, and he lodged the
first night by the river of Tigris."(Tobit 6:1)

"Bring with you the gall of the fish." The dog also went with them, walking
behind them."(Tobit 11:4)
2.) In our culture, dogs are most frequently pets and should be treated
with kindness and love.
"A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of
the wicked are cruel."(Proverbs 12:10)
3.) A well trained dog is a valuable family member who will work hard
to protect his/her housemates and possessions.
"And now I am the laughing-stock of people much younger whose fathers I
considered unfit to put with the dogs of my flock."(Job 30:1)

Is It Proper For A Christian To Use The Term
“Karma"?
Honestly, many people use the term "karma" without truly understanding
what it means. If they understood what karma really is, they might realize
the error of this type of thinking.
Firstly, What Is Karma?

Karma is a religious belief system adopted by Hindu. A word that comes
from the Sanskrit language, basically means “action".
Secondly, What Is Hinduism?
Hinduism is one of the oldest known organized religions—its sacred
writings date as far back as 1400 to 1500 B.C. It is also one of the most
diverse and complex, HAVING MILLIONS OF GODS.
Now, Let us examine that error in the light of Truth.
"Consecrate them in the truth - your word is truth."(John 17:17)
The Question is, How Many True Gods Are There?
The Bible clearly teaches that there is only one true God.
"Concerning therefore the eating of things sacrificed to idols, we know that
no idol is anything in the world, and that THERE IS NO GOD BUT ONE."(1
Corinthians 8:4)
"Do you believe there is one God? Well enough."(James 2:19)
Thirdly, As A Matter Of Fact, Karma Cannot Exist Without
Reincarnation.
The Act Of Repeatedly Being Born And Dying.
What are the beliefs about life and death in Hinduism?
It is a popular belief among Hindus that they reincarnate after their death.
If you believe in reincarnation, you are not believing in the Bible.
Reincarnation contradicts the historical Christian teaching and Bible

concept of the resurrection of the dead.
There will not be multiple bodies for one soul which is what reincarnation
requires. The body is not something to be discarded and forgotten but will
be reunited with the soul at the final judgment.
"And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes
judgment."(Hebrews 9:27)
We live one life, die one death and then we face judgment. There is no
second, third, or hundredth reincarnation and return to life on earth.
There Is No Other Direction That We Should Follow Other Than The True
Word Of God.
St. Paul and Other apostles did not use the word "karma". Instead St. Paul
used the phrase "You reap what you sow"
"Don't be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows he will
also reap."(Galatians 6:7)
Saint Paul Also Encourages Us To Become More Faithful Followers Of
Jesus Christ.
"Be followers of me, even as I also am of Christ."(1 Corinthians 11:1)
So, It's Good For Us To Determine What Pleases The Lord.
"You yourselves search out what pleases the Lord."(Ephesians 5:10)

Year of The Snake And Year Of The Lord: Which
One
You Should Announce?

Do You Really Believe In Jesus Christ?
If yes, Then you have to believe His Word.
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but my Words will not pass away."(Luke
21:33)
What Did Jesus Really Say?
"Consecrate them in the Truth - Your Word is truth."(John 17:17)
What Does God's Word Say?
"To proclaim the acceptable YEAR OF THE LORD, and the day of
vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn."(Isaiah 61:2)
Do You Go To Holy Mass Regularly But You Still Believe In
Superstitions?
"The worship they offer me is worthless, for what they teach are only
human rules.
You even put aside the commandment of God to hold fast to human
tradition."(Mark 7:7-8)
Feng Shui is Based on Superstition
Superstitious beliefs are an outcome of ignorance, Beliefs become notions,
then become opinions, and then begin to prevail in society.
"If you have really died with Christ, and are rid of the principles of the world,
why do you now let yourselves be taught as if you belonged to the world?
Do not eat this, do not taste that, do not touch that. These are human rules

and teachings, referring to things that are perishable, that wear out and
disappear."(Colossians 2:20-22)

Is it wrong to say “Xmas” instead of
“Christmas”?
Some people might say that "“Xmas” is not trying to “X” Christ out of
Christmas. It actually is a legitimate abbreviation."
It's not a good enough reason!
"You yourselves search out what pleases the Lord" (Ephesians 5:10)

1.) Christmas is directly related to CHRIST Jesus and he should be given
due recognition for the day
"And for the sake of his Name, we received grace and mission in all the
nations, for them to accept the faith." (Romans 1:5)
2.) “Xmas” is not considered a formal way to reference this holy
celebration.
There is a very big reason for this...
"And to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be
filled with all the fullness of God."(Ephesians 3:19)

3.) You must not use “Xmas” because some people in the world don’t
understand the connection between the symbol “X” and the name of Christ.
We should do what's right in order to avoid Misinterpretation.

"Let your conversation be pleasing with a touch of wit. Know how to speak
to everyone in the best way." (Colossians 4:6)

Is It OK for Christians to Have Tattoos?
"Do not cut your bodies for the dead, and do not mark your skin with
tattoos. I am the LORD."(Leviticus 19:28)
This passage in Leviticus, including the surrounding text, is
specifically dealing with the pagan
religious rituals of the people living
around the Israelites. God’s desire
is to set his people apart from other
cultures.
The Big Question: What are my
motives for wanting a tattoo?
Am I seeking to glorify God or
draw attention to myself?
Many of those who have several
tattoos on their arms will begin
to wear sleeveless shirts when
previously they never did. Most
younger people, when getting a
tattoo, do it for the attention.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:20, "So you must honor God
with your body."
Also, if you don’t like the judgments you get, change yourself.
" Everything is lawful for me, but not everything is to my profit.
Everything is lawful for me, but not everything builds up:
let no one pursue his own interests, but the interests of the
other."(1 Corinthians 10:23-24)

Another reason to not get a tattoo. God made us in his image
and he saw that we where perfect when he made us. Why should
we try to make a perminate modification or mark to our bodies?
"This is all that I have learned: God made us plain and simple,
but we have made ourselves very complicated."(Ecclesiastes
7:29)

What Does the Bible Say About Cars?
Many Shall Run to and Fro, and Knowledge Shall Increase, Many of you
can look around and see how fast technology is advancing. Humans have
possessed knowledge of the wheel for several thousand years.
"But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, until the time of
the end, many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase."(Daniel
12:4)
God has PREPARED certain things for those who love Him. Every day,
people use auto transport to visit their places of work, their homes and as
well the other destinations.
"But as Scripture says: Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has it
dawned on the mind what God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1
Corinthians 2:9)
A Reminder Of The Important Things In Life
1.) Be Careful When You Are Driving.
Plan your journey carefully. Know what route you are taking and let other
people know where you are going and when you hope to arrive. The most
important things while you are on the wheels are: focus, alertness, and
presence of mind. You have to concentrate and put your eyes on the road,

be wary about vehicles on both sides, including those coming from
opposite directions.
"Be careful in whatever you do. In so doing you keep the
commandments."(Sirach 32:23)
2.)Beware of Careless Drivers
You watch out most for the people who only drive for just that short time
and are in a hurry. Life is too precious to waste!
"You should not travel with anyone who is reckless. It will cause you
nothing but trouble. He will do any foolish thing he pleases, and you will die
with him."(Sirach 8:15)

Why God Allow New Technology In This World?
Answer:

1.) God Has PREPARED Certain Things For Those Who Love
Him.
But as Scripture says: Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor
has it dawned on the mind what God has prepared for those who
love him.(1 Corinthians 2:9)

2.) For the LORD gives Wisdom. (Proverbs 2:6)
- Doctor Martin Cooper invented the modern cell phone. God
gave Him wisdom
3.) The Fulfillment of God's Promise (Matthew 11:28)
Before...
So many people travel long distances just to deliver their
message - The journey from Seleucia to Cyprus is only about a
six hour crossing. (Acts 13:4-5)
Nowadays...
- You can send messages via Facebook
- You can send messages via Skype
- You can send messages via Cell Phone
4.) God TESTS our hearts
Ex. Cellphone - Some people use text messages to share nasty
or dirty jokes.
"So too for scandalous words, nonsense and foolishness, which
are not fitting; instead offer thanksgiving to God." (Ephesians
5:4)
5.) God wants us to be Thankful - "Whoever offers praise
glorifies Me" (Psalm 50:23)

Does Being on Facebook Glorify God?
Probably the most widely used and known social networking site, almost
half of Facebook's users visit it every day.

Do you personally give God at least 5 to 10 minutes of your day through
FaceBook? If yes, you are great!
Everything in our life is an opportunity to glorify God and Facebook
provides an opportunity to glorify God as well.
"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the
Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."(Colossians
3:17)
We All Know that everyone has their own right to have free will and do what
they want especially on their own personal Facebook account. This means
that people can say whatever they want.
Even though there are many good purposes, there are also many things
these sites are used for that weren’t intended by their creators. Examples
are:hateful words, gossip, lying, attention seeking, complaining, swearing,
fighting, and pride. At one time or another, whether we’d like to admit it or
not, most of us have contributed to one of these things on our own
facebook .
Here are some questions and answers that may be helpful:
1.) How Do you inspire others using Facebook?
In this life, every person needs to be inspired in order to achieve something
and your message should inspire others.
"Let your conversation be pleasing with a touch of wit. Know how to speak
to everyone in the best way."(Colossians 4:6)
God has provided us with His Words. Through Biblical messages, you can
learn how God's Word changes lives, bringing hope and direction for those
struggling in a sometimes dark and confusing world.
"All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for
correction, for training in righteousness."(2 Timothy 3:16)
2.) Careless Words posted on your Facebook wall?

Try to examine your Facebook experience and see how many words are
crossing your path that can be called Careless words.
"But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for
every careless word they have spoken."(Matthew 12:36)
3.) Do You Use Facebook at Work?
The existence of social media in our everyday lives is leveling the playing
field for those who want to start a service based home business. You want
to work at home and enjoy the freedom and independence. FaceBook is
the hottest trend in mobile social media marketing.
You'll be able to continue to support yourself and your family while you
pursue your career.
Seeking for job to help for the living of the family is one fitting deed of a
Christian as what St. Paul taught.
“In the name of Christ Jesus our Lord we command these people to work
and earn their own living.”
(2 Thessalonians 3:12)
4.) Have You Posted Indecent Photos of Someone Else to Facebook?
If you forward a sexually explicit image of someone else, people may see
you as untrustworthy or even as a bully. If you post sexually-explicit images,
other students may now approach you asking for more images because
they think you will be willing to post others.
"One day Jesus said to his disciples, "There will always be temptations to
sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!"(Luke 17:1)
Be a good example Even if you are a youth. People have become so smart
nowadays that they look up to only successful people. So you need to
present a very good picture of yourself to others so that the person you
want to inspire wants to become like you.
"Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example

to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith,
and your purity."(1 Timothy 4:12)
5.) How Do you Use FaceBook to Share Things that May be Helpful to
Individuals?
It’s easy for most of us to be friendly and useful with people we know.
The following things would probably also be very helpful:
- Lot of people ask others to pray for them (It allows you to let your friends
know that you prayed for them.)
- Job Opportunities (Some people turn to Facebook when they're looking
for a job.)
- Very Useful Tips and Ideas ( Most people want to improve and will make
an effort once they know how to do it.)
Did you read a ebook that someone in your network will enjoy? Tell them
about it or send them a copy. Are you using something that would help a
friend with a project they are working on?
"Do not refrain from doing what is excellent as long as you are
able.”(Proverbs 3:27)
Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great
love. Let your light shine before others.

Should A Christian Listen To Secular Music?
In determining whether or not to listen to secular music, there are three
primary factors to consider:
1.) The Purpose of Music
2.) The Style of Music
3.) The Content of the Lyrics
1.) The purpose of music. Is music designed solely for worship.

"Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.
Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord"(Ephesians 5:19)
2.) The style of music. Sadly, the issue of music styles can be very divisive
among Christians.
"Find out what pleases the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless
deeds of darkness, but rather expose them."(Ephesians 5:10-11)
3.) The content of the lyrics. Since neither the purpose of music nor the
style of music determines whether a Christian should listen to secular
music, the content of the lyrics must be considered.
Please Take A Look At This Lyrics:

Is that true, or did you read it in The Bible?
Here's what the Bible says...
"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends."
(John 15:13)

Is Snooping a Good Thing?
Let's take a closer look at the meaning of the word "Snooping"
Snooping - Investigate or look around furtively in an attempt to find out something, esp. information about
someone's private affairs.
Is It Helpful For You?
"Focus on your life and your teaching. Continue to do what I've told you. If you do this, you will save yourself
and those who hear you."
(1 Timothy 4:16)

Are You Spending Your Time the Right Way?
Always Be Aware Of How You're Spending Your Time
1.) Spend Time in Prayer
"Be steadfast in prayer and even spend the night praying and giving
thanks."
(Colossians 4:2)
2.) Spend Time Doing Good
"So while there is time, let us do good to all and especially to our family in
the faith."(Galatians 6:10)

3.) Don't Waste Your Time On Useless Work
Stop Talking Nonsense
"And I tell you this, you must give an account on judgment day for every
idle word you speak."(Matthew 12:36)
Stop wasting time on people who don't deserve your attention.
"Don't waste your time on useless work, mere busywork, the barren
pursuits of darkness. Expose these things for the sham they are. It's a
scandal when people waste their lives on things they must do in the
darkness where no one will see."
(Ephesians 5:11-12)
"Don't waste what is holy on people who are unholy. Don't throw your
pearls to pigs! They will trample the pearls, then turn and attack
you."(Matthew 7:6)
Don't Waste Your Time and Energy on Gossip
"They also learn to waste their time in going around from house to house;
but even worse, they learn to be gossips and busybodies, talking of things
they should not."
(1 Timothy 5:13)

How to Achieve True Happiness?
Do you know that God wants you to be happy?
We all want to be happy.
" Every day is evil to the afflicted one; while the happy heart is always

feasting."(Proverbs 15:15)
We all are trying to find a place where we are happy, be it by earning
money or fame or getting married. Even a person who commits suicide is
trying to be happy, thinking that it will end his misery. So I think, the point of
life is to stay as happy as possible in any given circumstance and to create
a better tomorrow for ourselves.

"So I saw that there is nothing better for people than to be happy in their
work." (Ecclesiastes 3:22)
Earthly Happiness is Always Temporary.
Everyone is looking for eternal happines and the way to true happiness is
GOD's Way.
"Be happy with the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
(Psalm 37:4)

Why Do Actions Speak Louder Than Words?
The sentiment behind the saying actions speak louder than words is
expressed in many cultures.
If you simply can't fulfill your promise then It is better to remain silent. Your
actions are going to prove or disprove it and he/she is waiting to see
whether you keep your word or not.
"The sinner will be caught in his own words, as happens to the proud man
and to him who curses."(Sirach 23:8)
People can say anything, but when what they say and do are contrary.
Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions.

"Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of
you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing
about their physical needs, what good is it?"(James 2:15-16)
The truth might be too painful to handle and the process of showing
whether it was or was not genuine, Sometimes pain is an Opportunity in
order to hold on.
Genuine Faith Is Not Just Words!
"So that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that
perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and
glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ."(1 Peter 1:7)

Why People Go Abroad?
Because we need money that's a necessity in order to live. Not only to live
but also to live securely when it comes to daily needs such as food,
clothing and shelter, the need to provide good education among
children and to have a stable income for the family.
Do You Remember Abraham?
Abraham is faced with major difficulties and he has to make plans for
survival. These plans paradoxically meant that he actually had to
journey away from the land.
"There was famine in the land, and Abram went down to Egypt to stay there
for some time, for the famine was severe in the land."
(Genesis 12:10)
Remember, no matter where you go...
1.) Ask God for Guidance
"And from that time God blessed the Egyptian's house because of Joseph;
he blessed all that the Egyptian owned, his household and his
land."(Genesis 39:5)

2.) Stay Away from Immorality
"and after a while his master’s wife took notice of Joseph and said, “Come
to bed with me!”But he refused. “With me in charge,” he told her, “my
master does not concern himself with anything in the house;
everything he owns he has entrusted to my care.No one is greater in
this house than I am. My master has withheld nothing from me except
you, because you are his wife. How then could I do such a wicked
thing and sin against God?” And though she spoke to Joseph day
after day, he refused to go to bed with her or even be with her."
(Genesis 39:7-10)
3.) Love your work and Be sincere in your motives
Slaves, always obey your earthly masters. Don't obey them only while
you're being watched, as if you merely wanted to please people. Be
sincere in your motives out of respect for your real master.
(Colossians 3:22)
4.) Don't forget your MISSION
"He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all
creation."(Mark 16:15)

What Does the Bible Say About Courtship?

1.) Search
"He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD."
(Proverbs 18:22)
2.) Ask the Lord to Help You
Remember that God is our Provider
"Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from
the LORD."(Proverbs 19:14)
3.) Get to know the Person first
"Do not make unsuitable covenants with those who do not believe"(2
Corinthians 6:14)
4.) Get Ready for The Consequences
- What Can You Do If You Get Hurt? (Proverbs 15:4)
- God Has a Plan for You "Your plans are not GOD's plans" (Jeremiah
29:11)
- Every Person Has a Soulmate (Tobit 6:17)
- Face the Consequences (Exodus 22:16)
5.) Give Your True Love
- Be Sincere (Romans 12:9)
- Be Patient (Genesis 29:19-20)
- Willing to Sacrifice (1 Corinthians 13:7)
- Never Hide Your Love (Proverbs 27:5)

6.) Know your Limitations
- Stay away from sexual activity (Proverbs 6:26-27)
- Do not take the name of the Lord in Vain (Sirach 23:9)
- Anyone who loves his girl friend or boy friend more than Jesus is not
worthy of Jesus (Matthew 10:37)

What to Do Before Going Out on a Date?
3 Dating Tips for Teens
Most of you must be feeling terrible about the fact that you would have to
spend it alone.
1.) Please Ask Your Parents for Permission
Do you have a boyfriend or lover you want to hide from your parents?
Accept the fact that you are young. Because your parents would not be
protective in terms of dating if they knew you are old enough to handle
serious things.
The longer you keep hiding the relationship, the more difficult it is going to
be.
As a parent, they must protect you from any harmful situation. As parents,
they cannot allow their children to enter an environment where they can get
totally alone with each other; where they have enough time to get naked
and have sex.
"Have you any daughters? Guard their virginity and do not be indulgent
