To Whom It May Concern:

Due to circumstances of events, and the company (AT&T) becoming aware of me being a whistleblower. I am
confirming that I am in fact a whistleblower to the Securities Exchange Commission and have contacted them
on May 1st 2013. I was assigned the following Reference Number: TCR1367441406628

I am also announcing that I did in fact right the first anonymous letter sent to the CEO’s of the company on 04/04/2013.
The letters were mailed from the post office in Point Loma with a zip code of 92110.  I am releasing this information in
order to validate my claim of retaliation. Furthermore, I do have a witness but at this time I will not disclose them unless
absolutely necessary.

OSHA’s Federal Whistleblower Program has determined that I have adequately  meet the prima facie elements
for a whistleblower retaliation complaint under Section 806 of the Sarbanes‐Oxley Act (SOX), 18 U.S.C. §1514A,
as amended by section 922 of the Dodd‐Frank Financial Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Your attention to
this matter is greatly appreciated.

Prima facie elements for whistleblower retaliation:

http://ir.lawnet.fordham.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=4786&context=flr

Requirements for retaliation meet by:
1. I first engaged in protected activity when I wrote my first anonymous letter to the COU’s
of the company on 04/04/2013. Additionally, protected activities were conducted on
04/24/13 in an interview with Tammi Terrell and Diane Schwantes. A Third date provided
additional protected activity on 05/03/2013 in an interview with Antonio Salzedo with
AT&T Asset Protection.
2. My employer (AT&T) knew about me contacting the SEC 3 ways:
a. Interview conducted with Antonio Salzedo on May 03, 2013 witnessed by
Rudy Rodriguez of the CWA Union. I gave a written summary of fraud plus a summary
of my conclusion on fraud titled “AT&T FRAUD SUMMARY”
b. When first notified of alleged sexual harassment investigation on 05/23/13; Antonio
Salzedo requested return of company phone for examination. The company phone
contained in the notes app the names and company addresses of the CEO’s. This is what I
used to send the first anonymous letter that was sent to the CEO’s of the company.
c.
, accuser of alleged sexual harassment claim was texted by me
on 05/09/13; that I was a whistleblower and the list of proposed SEC violations.
3. I was suspended thus violating Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
4. The company had multiples ways of concluding that I was a whistleblower, my actions by
engaging in protected activities was a contributing factor in the unfavorable action.
