When you hear the words "body building" what do you think of? Do you think of people with larger

Learn how to breathe correctly. Breathing right is important in body building. You should not hold
your breath. You want to take in enough oxygen to keep your muscles healthy and happy.
Breathing should not be done from your lungs, it should be done through your diaphragm.
Breathing with your lungs makes it harder to work the muscles in your chest because your chest
will be expanded as you breathe. When you breathe with the diaphragm you are able to get the
