OSHA RETALIATION COMNPLAINT FOR SECURITIES EXCHANGE COMMISION WHISTLEBLOWER
Monday, August 12, 2013
Designated AT&T Representative Michael C. Sullivan,
You have been give more than enough time to submit your response to the outside settlement negotiations you requested. On
Friday when I spoke to you, you said you would have your paperwork finalized over the weekend and be submitted by Monday.
Today is Monday, I have not received the paperwork for the case to move forward. It has now been 43 days that you have had. I
believe your request for outside settlement was a deception to allow you to delay investigation with my complaint. Your constant
delays are not appreciated, and I wish to move forward with the case skipping mediation and moving right to investigation and if
possible move to a court hearing. I appreciate your cooperation with getting this case to move forward and no more delays or
excuses by your and your client AT&T Inc. /AT&T Mobility LLC.
Thank You,

Luis Macias
