If I’m not ordering anything do I need to be at the photo shoot?
Yes, your child must be present for the “team” picture. However, there is no need to stay for the individual photo if
you don’t intend to purchase.

How do I order?
Fill out the order form completely, attach payment and bring to the photo shoot.
May I order online?
No. However, this will be an option in the near future.
How do I pay for the photos?
We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). If payment is made by
check, please make check payable to “JHL Photography”. If payment is made by Credit Card the charge on your
statement will appear as “JHL Enterprises, LLC”.

How will I receive my prints?
Prints will be delivered to the coach or team mom for distribution.

How long does it take?
We pride ourselves in quick fulfillment of your order.
Once your payment is received, prints take two weeks to process.
What if I am unhappy with the prints for some reason, or they are damaged?
If you are not satisfied your purchase, return the merchandise within 30 days for a full.
If your order somehow arrives damaged, call us and we will replace the damaged items, at no cost to you.
Is there a deadline to order photos?
Yes, orders must be placed at the time of the photo shoot. However, we archive the photos for 90 days in case you
would like to purchase additional photos within that period.
