Our famous sweets cabinet, like all our food, is made free from gluten, dairy, soy and cane sugar.
We use natural, organic, raw, low GI sweeteners in small quantities - which are easier for your
body to process, and better for you! We use nuts and coconut as the base for many of our items,
please discuss any allergies with your waiter.
Our selection changes daily, please ask your waiter, or visit our display cabinet at the counter to
view today’s selection. Our regular items include cheesecakes, tarts, slices, cakes, cookies & logs.

A little bird we go for a mostly raw approach, there are no crazy rules on how much raw you
should eat, that’s up to you and what makes you feel good. We think food should be predominantly
raw, organic and totally delicious. All our food is free of dairy, gluten or cane sugar because that’s
the food we love.
Our menu is a combination of raw and some cooked dishes, to give you a choice of beautiful
health-food to suit your day. Our cooked dishes are mindfully prepared to make sure things are
still at their most nutritious, we soak and sprout many of the ingredients before using them and
we always have elements of our wonderful raw food to keep those enzymes cranking and your
body full of health.
