wine can be helpful. A lot of wine can actually hurt you. Alcohol hurts your liver and other parts of
your body as well. Drinking too much can hurt you in lots of ways. So limit your intake so that you
can stay healthy. You can of course accomplish this in many ways. You can still have what you
want without putting yourself through hell. It is possible to work your healthy lifestyle into your
busy life. You can simply make the choice to live better and make better choices. Make the hard
decisions smart ones. Get up and move. Staying healthy is simple once you get up and try.
