Group Registration Form
The 10% discount applies to a group of 10 or more people. Group
discount excludes the kids’ race.
Group Discount Steps:
1. Please list all members of your group, the event they are participating in, and
their e-mail addresses.
2. Upon completion, email the form to events@seejanerun.com or mail / fax it to
the information below.
3. Once the list is received, the team captain will then be sent a discount code
that can be used on Active.com or registration forms in stores and online at
http://www.seejanerun.com.
4. All team members must register within 30 days of receipt of the group list.
