The Hub @ HBH Academy
Whether it’s a training event, conference, executive meeting, new product launch or major
annual conference, The Hub @ HBH Academy provides first-class spaces, cutting-edge
facilities, all at highly competitive prices. Our new and contemporary conference centre
was created following the refurbishment of a large lower section of HBH Academy - Hartley
BrookHartley Brook Primary School, and now offers a range of unique function and exhibition
spaces. This includes large conferencing suites, naturally-lit meeting rooms, hallway gallery
space, executive boardrooms and designer break out areas and a fully staffed onsite

Our Rooms
The Hub has three rooms available for hire, Ennis, Sharman and Palin. All our rooms are
newly refurbished, with a modern designer feel. Each room has its own characteristics and
primary function, but each room is easily adaptable to your individual event needs, with
portable and innovative furniture, and out of sight storage.

Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop @ The Hub is open from 9am till 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, serving the very
best Cafe Amore cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and frothy hot chocolates. We also offer a
wide range of handmade hot and cold food and drinks, from handmade sandwiches, to
fresh homemade soup.

Catering
We believe that delicious, imaginatively prepared food is an integral part of any event. Using
fresh, seasonal and local produce. Our dedicated kitchen staff will work with you to
recommend a menu for your event. We proud of our menus, and we pay as much attention
to the quality of our food and professional catering as we do our conference services. Our
dedicated catering team can deliver imaginative and individual menus tying in perfectly to
your theme and budget.
