– Employment Solicitors

Your work is a huge part of your life. Its is important that you both understand and
protect your Employment Rights – whether you are just starting out, thinking of
retirement or somewhere in between.
If you are not happy about the way you have been treated by your employer – or they
have an issue with you – we can help you find out about your rights.
On this site you’ll find fact sheets explaining these rights. If you think that you have a
claim, you can contact us to see if you can bring a claim and how you can do that.
The employment equality (age) regulations come into effect on 1 October 2006. If you
consider that you have been unfairly treated by a currrent or potential employer on the
grounds of age contact us for advice.
Do I have a claim?
Advice is often required immediately and we can respond instantly to your queries. At
the outset of our relationship, we will establish working arrangements that meet your
needs. If you do have a claim, one our specialist employment lawyers will deal with your
case for you. All you need to do is provide us with all the relevant information and your
instructions.
Funding your case
We offer a free initial 30 minute consultation with no obligation attached.
If, after discussion with you, we believe that you have a potential claim we will ask you
to pay a fixed fee for us to carry out the initial work on your claim.
We recognise that claims can be costly and therefore if you are not in a position to pay
privately after the initial fixed fee we may be able to assist you in one of the following
ways.
We can establish if you have cover under certain insurance policies (typically household
insurance). We can assist in liaising with your Insurer to discover if you have the benefit
of legal expenses which will cover the legal costs associated with your claim provided
the claim continues to enjoy reasonable prospects.

Alternatively, if your claim has sufficient merits we may be able to take your case on a
no win, no fee basis.
