Already 19 years, he works for the most
successful chain of hairdressing salons in
Bulgaria “NUSHI”, as part of the management of
the company, technical and art director, project
manager.
Тhe company started as saloon for men.

1989

1995

Konda Kondov created and developed the
women department officially.

Down the years he participated in many
trainings of all the leading companies in this
business, also in the two biggest academies for
hairdressing art – “DOLORES” Moscow and
“DESSANGE PARIS”, and also in the trainings of
“YUGI LONDON” and “TONI&GUY” London.

He represents for Bulgaria some of the biggest
companies as Schwarzkopf, Loreal, Wella.

companies for luxury hair care:
KYDRA by phytosolba
Miriam Quevedo Spain
Alterna USA
Moroccanoil Israel
The last ones Konda Kondov represents in
Bulgaria as part of the company’s team.

2000
2004

He participated in many regional, national and
international competitions, as part of the
Bulgarian national team for hairdressing during
the period of 2000 – 2004.

He designs in all the salons from the chain
“NUSHI” down the years, which are more than
10 salons, and he represents and develops them.

More than 10 years he coifs for the biggest
beauty competitions in Varna – MISS VARNA,
and also for many other fashionable activities as
“Bulgarian fashion Forum”, fashion-shows of
different Bulgarian companies, performances of
the occasion of companies’ anniversaries and for
many other art projects, photo sessions and
advertisements.

Years on end he works for the styling of the most
rating shows in the top TVs.

Periodically he works as MASTER in the salon
“NUSHI” EVKSINOGRAD VARNA and teaches in
the “NUSHI” ACADEMY for young hairdressers:

from the hairdressing business

Hair dying and special cares and therapies for
recuperation
