5g Erdnussbutter

Wenn die Beeren gefroren sind, über Nacht im Kühlschrank auftauen lassen
Beeren in eine Schüssel (am besten Plastik geben)
Hafermehl gleichmäßig drüber streuen
Protein und Kakaopulver genauso
Etwas Schütteln, sodass sich alles gleichmäßig verteilt
Eier und Milch und Erdnussbutter dazu geben
Mit einer Gabel erst alles von unten nach oben rühren und anschließend 2min im Kreis
rühren
8. Den Rand mit der Kabel abziehen und die Schüssel auf einer Harten Oberfläche
Abklopfen um die Luft rauszubekommen!
9. 11min bei 750 Watt in die Mikrowelle
10. 3min ziehen lassen
11. Und fertig ist der Lovelock Cake 1.0
