& If we don’t have a show package to fit your particular situation, no problem, we will gladly custom tailor a
program to meet your needs.
& Our professionally pre-planned shows incorporate a unique blend of patterned, specialty shells and finale
cakes as standard features.
& You can order with confidence that you are purchasing some of the finest fireworks available anywhere,
imported directly to our warehouse.
& Fire them yourself and save money. Complete firing instructions which are supplied with every “Ship
Show”, provide a comprehensive “How to” for safe storage, handling and firing of your display fireworks.
& Lew’s Fireworks, Inc, has the ability to provide electronically fired pyro-musicals with our state of the art
equipment.
& Professional shooters are available. Call early for details and to schedule your event.
& The necessary mortars are supplied on loan with ship shows. Mortars can also be purchased.

QUALITY VS. QUANTITY
There is a noticeable difference in quality of display fireworks. The number of shells shot at any
show takes second
place to the consistency, variety and splendor offered with high quality shells. Your show
will be remembered by
the uniqueness of the colors, shapes and sounds of the shells you shoot. Lew's Fireworks
, Inc. does extensive
research to import some of the finest quality fireworks available. Our shows have been
carefully planned to
include specialty shells, which others commonly offer at additional cost. Our family owned
company has been
providing excellent quality fireworks for over 50 years and we look forward to working with you
this year and in the
years to come.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Permits:
State laws usually require a local and or state permit; local permits can be signed by your local Sheriff,
Police, or Fire Department. Check your local and or state regulations.
If the purchaser is an individual or business, then purchaser must have a valid BATF license or apply for a
limited users permit with Federal Form 5400.13/5400.16 (available online at: www.atf.gov/forms/index.htm).
This form must be sent to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms along with the appropriate fees.
Please be sure to allow a minimum of 90 days for processing. Government agencies such as Cities, Towns,
Counties, Park Departments, City or local Fire Departments, etc., are exempt from federal permit
requirements.
One copy of the “Permit” and “Letter of Authorization”, “Insurance Special Exclusion” and “Insurance Form”
(If Insurance is needed) must accompany your order. Lew's Fireworks, Inc. will be happy to assist you in
filling out the required forms.
* Please note that displays cannot be picked up or shipped without proper permits and authorization.
Terms:
For government agencies such as Cities, Towns, Counties, Park Departments, City or local Fire Departments
with approved credit, shipment will be made on open account with the invoice payable ten days after the date
your fireworks display is scheduled.
Shipping:
Product will be shipped to you via common carrier or
delivered by Lew’s Fireworks. All shipments are F.O.B.
Watertown, South Dakota. Charges will be determined
by weight, distance and classification. To further assist
you, we can obtain freight quotes upon request. Please
include zip code for the place of delivery. To avoid any
possible delays, please order early.
Substitutions:
Product substitution, if any, will be of equal or greater
value. Ordering early reduces the chance of
substitutions.
Storage:
BATF regulations require that anyone storing display
fireworks must notify Local Fire Safety Officials of sites
where display fireworks are stored by the end of the first
storage day. Display fireworks stored for more than 24
hours must be stored in a facility that meets Type 4
storage and “Table of Distances” requirements as
explained in the Federal Explosives Laws and
Regulations Publication. To review these regulations go
online to www.atf.treas.gov and look under publications.

The USF community cannot say enough good things about Lew’s Fireworks.
As A Student Senate we decided to purchase a fireworks display as part of
our homecoming festivities. We named a price and Lew’s designed a show

The show at the conclusion of the homecoming football game was a huge
hit. There were even fireworks many people including myself, had never
