Please circle your program choice and list your preferred travel dates. Wild Studies will group participants by age and
may recommend an alternate travel date. For a list of current program travel dates please go to www.wildstudies.com
and click on the program, and then click on 2014 dates. Tuition prices do not include round trip airfare to the
departure cities. Wild Studies’ travel agent will assist you with making travel arrangements.

Part V: Application Procedure and Acknowledgements of Terms:
Return this signed waiver, application and science teacher recommendation to your Wild Studies GROUP
LEADER with a CASHIER’s CHECK or MONEY ORDER for $1999 (No personal checks please) made
payable to ECOLOGICAL RETREATS. Or, contact us directly to arrange payment via PayPal or Credit
Card Transaction. Note: There is an additional fee for CC and paypal payments. We will send you a receipt
of payment as soon as the payment is processed.
Participants will be selected based on teacher recommendation and answers to their questions on the
application. Your GROUP LEADER will correspond with you and your parent/guardian before the trip, meet
you at a hub airport, and supervise you while onsite. Wild Studies will assist you in making flight
Other policy and procedure to consider:
If accepted into the program all tuition payments are non-refundable. Wild Studies requires
participants to purchase a travel insurance policy to protect your investment.
You must pay in full within 10 days of confirming your notice of your acceptance to Wild Studies or
you will forfeit your deposit and place in the roster. A payment plan will be offered to you based on
your date of travel. You must be paid in full before you travel.
A passport is required for travel to the Bahamas.
