1.. The suppression of unwanted reproduction of animals
is one of the most important activities in the field
of companion animal welfare, mainly dogs and cats, as
well as in ca se of stray cats living in cities and
communes.
2.. How can we fight against the homelessness of animals
and suppress the number of animals sent to shelters
every year if we cannot suppress the reproduction of cats
and dogs, including stray cats ?
3.. Why the clerks of the Ministry of Agriculture and
Rural Development negate the possibility of
sterilisation of stray cats as the mandatory care of
stray cats ordered by the Act on Animal Welfare – art.
11 a, section 2, point 2 ?
