not your normal dining places
If you are serious about great food, there is literally a two restaurants around Lexington South
Carolina you simply must try. I'll admit, one's kinda yuppie-fied plus the bill of fare has evidence of
outside forces, however, let me tell you the food is truly darn great. I have certainly never been
one to let anything stand in my way of enjoying a good dinner. The other dining establishment I
wish to recommend is definitely as country as they come, but you will definitely not find better
meals anyplace on earth. The first Lexington dining establishment I'm referring to is Private
Property South Carolina, yes, that is really what it's called Private Property South Carolina. The
next dining establishment is The Farmer's Shed.
Truth be told, if I was facing the electric chair and had a chance to order the last meal I 'd ever eat
in my life, I 'd want it to come from one of these two restaurants. I 'd order the Louisiana Gator
Burger from Private Property South Carolina with a triple order of their potato salad. The food at
The Farmer's Shed is that good.
The Sease family is an integral part of the Lexington community to this day. Eating at The
Farmer's Shed is like eating at your granny's, if your granny could cook country style.
Now permit me to tell you about Private Property South Carolina. To my penniless bare foot
sensibilities, Private Property South Carolina feels a little bit yuppie-ish, type of, moderately
university grad khaki and button down. Some people like that, I realize, however, for working folks
with dirt underneath their finger nails that could be a turn off. However,, let me tell you, the cuisine
is literally so doggone great you best just suck it up, put your shoes on, scrub your paws, head in
there and have yourself a dang high time 'cause Private Property offers one of the most original
menus you're inclined to discover any where. Private Property is a locally held dining
establishment that delivers southern food having an out of this world gourmet Cajun twist. It'll blow
Imagine the best of South Carolina cuisine with a solid Cajun influence, like a Chef Paul
Prudhomme kitchen but with the charm of South Carolina and you'll get a feel of the joyful
ambiance of Private Property South Carolina. Here's a glimpse of the Private Property South
Carolina menu: Barbecue Pulled Pork Nachos, Creole Country Sausage Sampler, Louisiana
Gator Burger, Jambalaya, Pecan Pralines and Louisiana Mud Pie. You can find Private Property
South Carolina in downtown Lexington at 220 W Main Street.
Okay, now there you have it, a pair of darn fine eating places in Lexington South Carolina, not to
be confused with any kinda Lexington anywhere else. You can't go wrong with either Private
Property South Carolina or The Farmer's Shed. Go to The Farmer's Shed and bliss out with down
home cooking of the highest possible order, or else put your khakis on and head over to Private
Property South Carolina and discover the best of Cajun Carolina Cuisine. Two of the very best
