presicely what category of business
More Bonuses The desire of business owners is to succeed. Challenges notwithstanding,
business owners enjoy huge candours that drive them to behave in a certain way and
accomplishments. Nevertheless, the primary aim for being in business is not money. The main
objective is freedom; capability to innovate great products or services that people want.
Unfortunately, despite the surge in business coaching and executive leadership training tools
available, some business owners are yet to reach their entrepreneurial goals. While many get
buried in day-to-day office administration, great majority of others are stuck in different complex
ceilings of limitation that constantly sabotages their progress no matter how hard they try.
The reason is obvious; we've experienced increasing trends in innovation and creativity especially
in the areas of technology, business strategy, and marketing, not to mention various complex
leadership development concepts that negatively impact execution, accountability, and
productivity.
I'd like to explain these in more detail and highlight few things you can do to double your
productivity and revenue consistently; but first, let us consider the various types of entrepreneurs
and identify which type you are.
We have three basic natures of business owners, survival, lifestyle and accelerator. The nature of
each business owner contributes to the extent of value they create.
For instance...
1. The survival entrepreneur is the individual that quits his/her job of working for someone else
and starts working for himself. A Survival entrepreneur is his or her own boss. They only changed
job from working for someone else to working for themselves eventhough they work longer hours.
2. Lifestyle entrepreneurs are business owners, understands how much creativity they want to
bring to the marketplace. They also have expectation to enjoy some levels of freedoms, which to
them includes exotic cars, posh homes in choice areas, elite club membership, or best schools for
their children. The main trouble with Lifestyle Entrepreneurs is; unless their vision and
performance are more than their expectations from the market, the could quit.
3. Accelerator is the business owner who aims to supply awesome solutions that regularly create
additional values in the market. An Accelerator never stops at any given achievement. As they
achieve a set objective, they accelerate to another higher one. Leveraging their past experiences
and the support of supportive team of individuals, their entrepreneurial journey becomes fun and
interesting.
The challenge Accelerators face is how to manage the increasing complexities that grow along
their business growth. But, by focusing on building a Self-Sustaining Enterprise, a business that
grows without owners involvement in its day-to-day operation, they they eliminate their
complexities and go ahead to double their productivity and revenue.
As Creator of The EntreCoach™ Cambridge - a complete resource offering unique business
coaching and leadership training capability for entrepreneurs to maximise opportunities; the

simple best way I have found for running highly successful entrepreneurship that delivers such
great rewards and freedom is by building a self-sustaining enterprise.
Notwithstanding the type of entrepreneur you may be today, you can make a decision today, to
begin the process of building a self-sustaining enterprise. It begins with making your vision 10x
bigger, clearer and compelling. You will need to develop the habit of focusing only on the area of
your business that gives your the highest outcome and pleasure.
