Nigel John Hayward is a freelance photographer based in the North East of England.
Having worked in the fashion and eCommerce industry for 10 years, as founder and creative figurehead of
independent fashion brand Cotton Love, Nigel developed a distinct visual (photographic) aesthetic along
with a unique perspective on how image creation is integral to brand success.
Running an independent fashion brand, Nigel honed his skills in fashion, campaign, editorial and product
photography whilst developing a loyal and dedicated customer base and subsequent client base.
In January 2014, Nigel’s work and industry experience saw him approached by a large national retailer to
shoot their seasonal fashion campaign. He has since been commissioned nationally to shoot for emerging
and established brands in fashion, food, furniture and product design. He has also covered event, product
and store launches for large retail establishments, independents and cultural functions.
