THE ASCLEPIAN VOICE
|
July 4, 2014
By Nadine Sameon
Mr. Godofredo "Bernie" Bernasol,
CEO of Bernasol Enterprises Inc. and
founder of Bernasol Educational
Foundation, inspired the resident
members of the Order in the
Leadership Training held at Roxas
Hall last July 4, 2014.
Having come from humble roots,
Bernie relayed his life and experience
in working hard to achieve his goals
and dreams. He encouraged the
members to persevere and be an
example to others, stressing on the
importance of not quitting. Together
with his message, he presented a
video about his foundation’s efforts
in Iloilo. The video, which was shown
on ABC7News, included a segment
about his partnership with the Order
of Asclepius in his charity works.
The members reaped golden nuggets
from the seminar, which will surely
go a long way in their journey to
become great physicians and leaders
in the future.
The seminar was attended by Batch
36, Batch 37, Batch 38, and Dr. John
Philip Dolorfino of Batch 30.
Afterwards, the group held the
second part of the Leadership
Training at the home of Bro. Kevin de
la Llana (B36) at Rojasville, Tabuk
Suba. After dinner, various activities
were held which strengthened Batch
38's resolve and trust in each other.
Indeed, the bond of the Order of
Asclepius grows deeper with each
additional batch of members. #
