Terms and Conditions
1. General Course and Class Services
1.1 Places on the courses/classes will be allocated on a first to pay basis. Should the
course/class on your chosen date be full, you will be offered an alternative date.
1.2 We reserve the right to alter course/class timings, dates and content.
1.3 Please ensure that you inform us prior to booking of any special requirements/disability
that you may have so that we can make every effort to accommodate your needs.
1.4 We only accept bookings from adults of 18 years old and over.
2. Fees
2.1 All fees must be paid on booking the course/class and before its commencement. Once
full payment is received and cleared then your place will be confirmed.
2.2 Course/class fees include all materials.
2.3 Methods of fee payment are outlined on the Booking form. Payments in advance by
post, by phone, by bank transfer, by PayPal, or in person will be accepted. Cheques must be
made payable to R BARRY and received at least 5 working days before the commencement
of the course. We do not accept payments on the day.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancellations by you:
3.1.a If cancellation by you occurs within the statutory 7 days of making your booking and
completing payment, then you are entitled to a full refund.
3.1.b If cancellation by you occurs more than 7 days after the date of booking then you are
entitled to transfer to a course/class on a different date. You will not be entitled to a refund.
3.1.c If you are unable to attend a course/class then a friend or family member can take
your place as long as we are notified at least 24 hours in advance and provided with their
name and contact details.
3.1.d If you are unable to attend due to illness then we may, at our sole discretion, vary our
cancellation policy. We will need documentary evidence before making this decision.
