the four core principles critical
A vision statement must be simple and develop a clear picture of what is to be accomplished. It
should be based upon guiding rules that form a strong foundation and give a unmistakable sense
of purpose. It is vital that the vision established be clear as to the ways the company can thrive.
To achieve its desired goals, thinking outside the box and thinking big is essential.
My vision statement is simply to enable men and women with the tools and resources required to
promote any company or opportunity. So whether it is building a multi-level marketing company or
growing a small business, we believe efforts must be steered by four main principles. As a matter
of fact, Income Building Solutions is built on these four key concepts The four main principles are:
(1) Think Big (2) Start Small (3) Leverage Efforts and (4) Grow Profitably.
1st Core Principle: Think Big
It is important to envision the near future before it is a reality. "The future belongs to those who
see possibilities before they become obvious." -- these are the phrases of John Sculley, who was
the CEO of Pepsi and Apple Computer. This is the cause why it is significant for a business to
make a vision. Make sure that the vision is followed by goals as well as the actions to be done to
make these goals a reality.
A study was done by Harvard and they found out that only 3% of individuals wrote down their
goals. These participants could make at least ten times more than the 97% who didn't. There's
probably not a stronger case that can be designed for writing your desired goals down.
Afterwards, you have to assess the factors why you must obtain these goals. Always begin with
why a particular goal is to be achieved and not how. If enough explanations can be identified
about why something is to be achieved, how to get it done becomes simple.
Therefore, the success formula goes like this… Make a persuasive idea of what is to be achieved,
set some stretch goals aligned with that idea, write down the desired goals and then take massive
Second Core Principle: Start Small
Focus, focus, focus is the key to achieving success when starting. Of course, it would seem like
doing lots of things at once will be more beneficial. However, if you'd like to have a solid
foundation for achieving success, then you are required to have a laser kind of focus. Starting
small as well decreases the up-front costs since you desire to stick to your goal, which is to
minimize it Definitely, if an opportunity or business is taking in lots of time, it's good if it's not also
taking a lot of money.
Third Core Principle: Use Efforts
It is vital to not only use your efforts but also the efforts of other people. When building a business
or opportunity it is important to find the appropriate tools and resources to be able to grow and
make your life simpler. So, be sure that you find professionals who share the same perspective as
you so that you'll be urged to go on. Often these people can provide ideas when roadblocks are

Vision Statement Principle #4: Improve Profitably
Start by computing and overseeing activities. Do not forget that you can't manage a thing which
cannot be calculated. The reason for this is that it'll give you a thought about the things that will
work, which will make it a lot easier to repeat successful patterns. In simple terms, we would like
to build on the activities that are working and eliminate time expended on those activities which
are not profitable.
