and reminded to cleanse and disinfect their show
carrying cases extra before and after the show.

Rules and Information
All Cups and Trophies are Perpetual and any Cup Or Trophy Won Be Signed for on collection being
confined to show members only.
Taw & Torridge Club Rosettes will be awarded to Best of Breeds that have been seen fit of such
merit by the Judges on the Day,
All Cups are to be Returned the Morning of the Show or Beforehand if unable to make the event
Rules:
This show is Run in Accordance with PCGB riles
All Exhibits to be penned by 9:30 am on the show day, judging to start at 10 am Penning slips to be
collected from the show hall on arrival
The Decision on the Judge is final Should any of the appointed judges be prevented from fulfilling
their Engagement, the committee reserves the right to appoint another judge to act.
The committee has the sole jurisdiction over objections any objection to be made in writing to the
show secretary with a deposit of £10by 2.00 pm on the day of the show , The deposit is refundable
if the objection is upheld
The decision of the committee is final on all matters not covered by the rules
The committee reserves the right to refuse entry or entries
The committee has the right to raise amalgamate with the breed or to cancel any class.
Judges and show Officials only may handle the Exhibits ( if need please find a show steward )
The committee will not be responsible for any accident, loss or mishap to any exhibit and it is on
this understanding only those entries will be received.
All exhibits to be the bona fide property of the exhibitor
Exhibitors must provide their own drinkers and feed and water their own birds after judging has
taken place.
No Exhibits to be removed until permissions by show officers has been given
(After the prize giving and raffles has taken place we will try and lift as early as possible )
