Introduction
Hello and welcome to the San Andreas Guerrilla Army.
As a soldier of SAGA you are expected to uphold certain
values and morale’s that SAGA as an army stand for. Along
with this, soldiers are expected to display exemplary
behavior during the act of duty as well as the up most
respect for your superiors.
This handbook will cover all information you will need
to be a successful part of the Army. It is expected that all
soldiers have read this and are quite familiar with its
contents. You may be quizzed on it at any time.
We hope that you will be true to SAGA and your
brothers of the Army. Thank you for your service and
loyalty and continue to fight till the day you die.

A: Behavior & Respect
As a soldier of SAGA it is expected that you represent SAGA in
your best manners. We'd like to maintain a reputation of being
formal and professional, so it is your duty to portray us as such.

I. Respect the Ranks
◦ Respect is a very basic value of being a soldier. When addressing a

soldier of higher rank, you are expected to call them either by “Sir”
or by last or first name and rank (I.E “Captain Whitney” or “Captain
Tommy”)
◦ Keep quiet when the High Commands are speaking. It is extremely

irritating and forces things to go on longer than they should
(especially during a meeting).

II. Act Professional

As a soldier of SAGA, you are on duty 24 hours a day and should
always act honorably. You are required to act with discipline
and maturity. This means you aren't doing things like running
about screaming how you shagged the Colonel's mom (at any
time).

Remember, We are all on the Same Team
◦ Your fellow soldiers are your brothers. Be respectful and kind to them, as you
would want them to be to you. Remember the golden rule, treat people how
you want to be treated.

B: Weapons Protocol
Though we are an Army, that does not put us above the law in
any means. You can still be arrested for possession of illegal
weapons and you need to avoid that happening at any cost.

I. Keep it Concealed

As aforementioned, you can and will get prosecuted for the
possession of an illegal weapon. To avoid this happening, it is
expected that you keep it concealed unless instructed
otherwise by a member of High Command or you are on an
Army related mission in which you will need to use it.

II. Army Carries

As of the beginning of November, * the Army standard carry is
either a Colt .45 (Silenced or Not), or a Desert Eagle. As for
other issued weapons, there is also a Pump Shotgun which is
reserved for mission used and should not be a regular carry.

C: Ranks
The following are the ranks issued in the Army and their
respective duties. They follow in order of superiority.

General

The sole leader of the army. He organises the top ranks and
verify's all promotions within his force. The general is the
mastermind of the army that will give the go ahead for military
operations and activities. He commands the high command
council comprising of chosen members of the Colonel and
Captain ranks. To lead a paramilitary against the city you live in
is a crazy thing to do, therefore this rank will only suite the
slightly crazy!

Colonel

The highest achievable rank in the army. Chosen members
from this rank gain a place in the high command council. The
first colonel is the second in command of the entire army, the
generals right hand man. This rank is very prestigious and
incredibly hard to get to! Only the most dedicated soldiers get
to become Colonels!

C: Cont.

Captain

The rank of Captain is where most life long dedicated soldiers
end up! A very limited selection of Captains are allowed into
the high command council. They help planning military
operations and bring soldiers on training days! A captain can
recruit to the organization but must still be extremely
respectful to his/her superiors.

Sergeant

The rank of sergeant is still a good rank to have. You command
your squadron of Guerrilla warriors and are given your
commands straight from the captain assigned to you. As a
sergeant you will experience most of the combat as you have to
physically lead your squadron into battle.

Guerrilla
◦ The standard rank in SAGA. A guerrilla is a standard warrior of the

army, trained in Ambushing, attacking, defending, evading,
explosives, high power weaponry and first aid. They are very
efficient soldiers! They have proven themselves worthy to fight for
SAGA in the war against capitalism in San Andreas.

C: Cont.

Recruit

A person who has no yet to complete their training and
evaluations involved in becoming a soldier. This is the hardest
rank in the army as the recruits are worked into the ground.
Only the fittest and strongest can complete their tests to
become a Guerrilla.

D: Code of Conduct
The following code of conduct represents the basic rules and
laws all soldiers of SAGA should live by. Failure to uphold to Code
of Conduct can result in a number of punishment (Refer to section
E).

I. Respect the Chain of Command
◦ Unless you are the General, you will always be taking orders from

someone. It is expected that you respect authority and abide to your
superiors in all situations. You should not be doing thins like ordering
around a Sergeant if you are a Guerrilla.

II. You Must Always be Prepared to Fight for SAGA
◦ A situation requiring the Army could arise at any point in time, therefore

you should be prepared to serve 24/7. Failing to respond to the call of
duty is quite a major infraction to the Code of Conduct and you will be
punished heavily for it.

III. Remain Secretive of your Position in SAGA
◦ SAGAs membership is intended to be kept private, for the most

part. SAGA is a secret organization and we do not need soldiers
prancing around about how they are in SAGA, etc.

IV. Do Not Compromise the WT Frequency
◦ Infiltration into our private communications could have serious repercussions. This
gives intel to the outside world about SAGAs activities and maybe even location which
is definitely undesired.
