Nov. 14, 2014 – Toronto – The Peer Project Ambassadors and Toronto’s celebrity interior design team Glen Peloso
and Jamie Alexander are excited to host the first annual Best Bash Ever this November 20, 2014, in support of The
Peer Project (Youth Assisting Youth).
Glen and Jamie of Peloso Alexander Interiors look forward to welcoming everyone
to the 63rd floor of Toronto’s iconic Scotia Plaza (40 King Street West) at 6 p.m. for
an intimate evening of culinary exploration and philanthropy.
“We are really excited to be able to host this event for the Peer Project,” says Glen
Peloso. “We are both aware of the value of mentoring and know that we have been
blessed with great mentors in our lives.”
“‘A stitch in time saves nine’ is something our ancestors would say. The Peer Project is that stitch for countless kids,” says
Jamie Alexander. “But more help – much more help – is needed.”

About the Peer Project
The Peer Project is a non-profit charitable organization that provides a unique peer mentoring
service to improve the life prospects of at-risk and newcomer children in the GTA. They match
children ages 6-15 with trained and dedicated Youth Volunteer Mentors ages 16-29, who act as
positive role models. The Peer Project has over 1,400 active mentors/mentees but still has a
waiting list of 400 kids and a great need for more male volunteers.
