NoobieSnake’s 12 days of Christmas Giveaways!!
Game Rules & Eligibility

1. During the event period, NoobieSnake will randomly draw a name from the jar
of eligible viewers to select a winner for that day’s prize.
a. Please refer to the prizes list for a list of prizes to be drawn.
b. Please refer to the event calendar for the dates of when NoobieSnake
will do the draws.
2. You’ll need to meet the following two requirements to be eligible for the daily
prize draws.
a. Your username will be entered into the draw when you are present
anytime during the start of the stream to 7:45PM Pacific Time (B.C.,
Canada) (i.e. If you’re here any time before 7:45PM and after the start
of NoobieSnake’s stream, your username will be entered into the pool)
b. Prize draw starts at 8:00PM Pacific Time. You must be present during the
draw to claim the prize. If you’re not here when your name is drawn,
NoobieSnake will draw another name to be the winner.
c. You don’t need to do anything to win, just be present at the
channel/stream during the times mentioned above, then you’ll get a
chance to win automatically.
3. The event finale will be on the last day of the event. There will be the draw for
daily prizes and another draw for the Event Grand Prize. The rules for the daily
draws on day 12th will be the same. However, you can only win one of the
three prizes, not all three. The rules for the Event Grand Prize draw will be
listed in the next few points.
4. In order to be entered into the draw for the Event Grand Prize, you’ll need to
bring minimum one new friend (viewer) to the channel each stream/day for
at least 3 out of the 12 days during the Christmas Giveaways event.
a. Tell NoobieSnake who you brought into the channel (their Twitch
username) and have your friend say hi and follow NoobieSnake’s Twitch
account with their Twitch account.
b. Your username and the date, which you’ve brought a new friend, will be
noted down each time you bring a new friend to the channel. Once you
have brought a minimum of one new friend/viewer each day for at least
3 days out of the 12 days, your username (a ballot) will be entered into
the draw for the Event Grand Prize.

5. Fraudulent accounts or bots will be considered against the rules and you’ll be
disqualified from the entire event immediately and may also result in being
banned from the channel.

*As per Twitch’s Terms of Services, below is the message that “ALL Broadcasters
should display or read out the following when a Promotion is on their channel:”
“This is a promotion from NoobieSnake. Twitch does not sponsor or endorse broadcaster
promotions and is not responsible for them.”

Questions & Answers

Q: Who can participate in this event?
A: Newcomers, old-timers, everyone is welcomed to participate in this event!
Anyone who is banned from NoobieSnake’s channel may NOT participate in this
event.
*Note: If you have been banned from NoobieSnake’s Minecraft realm, you will NOT
get the 1 month guaranteed spot in NoobieSnake’s Minecraft realm if you win the
Event Grand Prize. You will only get the 1x copy of Minecraft (PC/Mac version) from
the Event Grand Prize.

Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Yes, you can! If your name was drawn on Day 1, you can still be entered into the
draw on Day 2, Day 3, etc. Every day is a brand new day. *However, please note
that you can only win one of the three daily drawn prizes on Day 12, not all three.

Q: Which prize will you draw first on Day 12?
A: The Event Grand Prize will be drawn first. Therefore, if you happen to win the
Event Grand Prize, you will not be eligible to win the daily drawn prizes on Day 12.

Q: I’m still not clear on the requirements for entering in the draw for the
Event Grand Prize. Do you mind please explaining a little bit more? Do I
only need to bring one new friend? Or three new friends?

A: For clarification, it is minimum one new friend per stream/day. That means you’ll
need to bring at least one new friend each time for a total of 3 times. (Example: You
can bring friend A on day 1, friend B on day 2, and friend C on day 3.) That will
make you eligible. If you bring 3 or more new friends all on the same day, that does
NOT count. If you bring the same one friend for 3 days, that also does NOT count.
So, minimum 1 new friend/viewer for each stream.

Q: Do I need to bring the new friends/viewers 3 days in a row?
A: No, the days does NOT need to be consecutive. (Meaning, no need to be 3 days
in a row) (Example: You can bring a friend on day 3, day 6, and day 10. Or you can
bring a friend on day 1, day 4, day 12, or they can come every day.) As long as you
fulfill 3 out of 12 days with minimum one new friend per day (a total of 3 new
friends minimum), you will be eligible to be entered into the draw for the Event
Grand Prize.

Q: What do you mean by “new” friend/viewer?
A: “New” just means they have never been to NoobieSnake’s channel before. It is
their first time meeting NoobieSnake. Anyone being in NoobieSnake’s channel for
the first time is considered a “new” friend/viewer.

Q: Can I bring more than one friend per stream/day or more than 3 friends
in total?
A: Yes, absolutely! You’re more than welcome to bring as many friends as you like
to the channel. However, the chance of you winning the prize is still the same. More
friends will NOT give you more chance of winning. Everyone who meets the
requirements only gets 1 ballot entered into the draw. However, the good side is all
your friends can now participate in the daily draws or the Event Grand Prize draw for
a chance to win a prize!

Q: Can I bring my pet spider?
A: You're welcomed to bring your pets to the channel, but they do not count as one
new friend. Only human friends will count towards the set requirements.

Q: Can I bring my family members? i.e. My mom, dad, grandpa, etc?

A: Yes, absolutely! As long as they have their own Twitch account, they will be
counted towards the set requirements of 3 new friends in total.
