John Nilsen Concert
at the Jefferson United Methodist Church
Saturday, December 6th, 7:00pm
Following Community Potluck at 5:30pm
Pianist John Nilsen is one of the most successful recording artists in the
Northwest. With over 430,000 records sold, Nilsen
performs his original instrumental pieces of jazz,
classical, folk and rock throughout the world.
Influenced by The Beatles; Crosby, Stills, Nash and
Young; Pat Metheny and Bruce Cockburn, John tried his
hand at rock and roll after graduating from Southern
Oregon University by serving as guitarist/vocalist for
several bands in the 70's and 80's. John’s music appears
on his own label, Magic.
JUMC welcomes you to join in a Community Potluck before the concert at
5:30pm.

Youth Making A Difference
December 7th ~ 4:00 - 6:00pm
Community youth (Middle & High School age) are invited
to help prepare special gift packages for Food Pantry clients
(Games & smoothies, too!)

2015 Grad Night News
The Grad Night Committee is working hard to raise funds for the Drug and Alcohol Free
Grad Night party. Please show your support by participating in the below fundraisers:
 Flapjack Fundraiser
Albany Applebee’s on December 13th from 8:00 to 10:00 am
 Poinsettias Sale
 During the Holiday Band Concert on December 4th at 7pm
 During Home Basketball Game on December 11th
The Grad Night Committee would like to thank everyone who participated in the Burgerville fundraiser last month.
