Vendor space paid for before Jan 1, 2015 is $25 afterwards the fee is $40. Deadline is May 15
Vendors are expected to keep their presentations neat and orderly.
Each space will be 10ft x 10ft with a 5ft gap between spots. If your setup is a little bigger than that we can
work with you. If your setup is closer to twice that size, you must pay for the additional space.
Electricity and water will not be available at the vendor spots.
Vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, etc. We only provide the space.
Insurance is not required.
Vendor check in and set up will begin at 7am on the day of the festival and vendors must be ready for the
public by 9:30AM. All details will be communicated prior to the event.
We do offer free spots for non-profit informational booths.
