Bolgun was a sage of one of the old Dwarf
fortresses of the frontier lands. His study
was of Dragon lore and all things pertaining
to Dragonkind, which is what brought him to
the frontier where the last of dragons
reside.
His adventures eventually lead to the
capture of a live dragon, the great Chang
Gar, who promised him all the knowledge a
dragon could possibly possess. However
he was deceived and the fortress was
burned inside out. While the fires were
eventually put out, many had perished in
the flame and too few remained to maintain
the fortifications.
Bolgun was of the few that stayed, many
fled. However the fleeing survivors
attracted the attention of the goblin king
Urksu who coveted the dwarf fortress for
his own. The fortress came under siege,
and while the defenders fought valiantly,
their defeat was a certainty.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES & TRAITS

Bolgun spent the next 6 years in Goblin
slave mines, forced to subsist on a thin
stew made of fish, vegetables, worms,
bugs, and four kinds of cave wheat. He
came close to madness trying to find it here
in Neverwinter, but they just can't get the
spices right...
Luckily he was rescued by a missionary
party lead by the clerics of Tyr, the god of
justice, who he now serves as a war cleric.
