I certify that the above information and attached documentation is a true and accurate
account of my academic performance and personal background. I understand that any
misrepresentation and/or material omitted will invalidate the IAC’s consideration of my
nomination.
Help with 3 cultural events and help with IAC events publicity for at least one hour
I am aware that election to the IAC Sub-Committee will require a semester-long
commitment. As a central part of this commitment, an IAC Sub-Committee member
MUST be present and on time at all General Body Meetings (with up to two excused
absences) and IAC Executive meetings when an invitation is extended by the IAC
President.
I understand that failure to comply with the duties set out in the constitution or bylaws, the
duties assigned by the IAC President or IAC Advisor, or absences at invited Executive and
General Body meetings will likely result in a recommendation for removal.
I understand that an IAC Sub-Committee member CAN concurrently hold an executive
position in any other cultural associations at the University of Oklahoma.
I understand that a follow-up interview with IAC to further examine my interest in the
position nominated, and to allow me the opportunity to expand on my written application
WILL be requested.
