Step 1- Choose
“IIG/EMC Overview Intelligent Capture” as
your featured front

Step 2- Customize and
Send the “IIG Captiva”
email to your contacts.

Begin by featuring the Intelligent Capture front page for
your EMC Showcase.

The Intelligent Capture front page includes an overview
of the importance of Captiva and Intelligent Capture. It
only takes a few minutes to select or change your front
page. Simply log into the digital marketing platform
console, click on “Content Management”, then “Front
Page” and select “IIG/EMC Overview - Intelligent
Capture” front page.

Next, select and customize the IIG Captiva email.
Leverage this email campaign by clicking on “Email
Marketing”, then “Create New Campaign”. This campaign
is available in English. Select the email listed below and
follow the steps to customize the email and landing page.
Then upload your contact list and send!

Step 3- Co-brand
collateral for your EMC
Showcase. Download
and print for in-person

Cobrand Captiva Campaign Collateral.
The campaign includes a Captiva Data Sheet for
cobranding. Simply upload your logo once, and all of the
cobranded collateral available on your Showcase will
include your logo and lead contact information from your
profile. You can also download and print these for this
campaign. To upload your logo, select “Content
Management”, then “Co-branded Assets” from your
partner console.
Uploading your logo is easy and you only need to
complete this step once. If you’ve already completed this
step, skip to instructions for how to download the
“Captiva” campaign collateral.
Simply click to view/upload/change your logo here and
upload in a .jpg format. Your logo will appear on all
cobranded collateral within the digital marketing platform
including the Captiva campaign pages.

Download and print Captiva Campaign Collateral.
To locate and download the collateral for this campaign,
simply type “Captiva” in the search bar. Select the
collateral your preferred language and then download
and print for in-person meetings.

Step 4- Select and
schedule social posts
marked the tag “IIG

Enable social syndication.
The social content developed for this campaign has been
categorized with the “IIG ECM” tag. To leverage social posts
pertaining to this campaign, first go to “manage content” and
ensure the “IIG ECM” tag is selected. Once this box is
checked (see below) content pertaining to this campaign will
appear in your stream of available content.

Now, you’re ready to customize and schedule the Captiva social
content you would like to share.
The posts offered for this campaign point your followers to the
Captiva pages and assets within your Showcase, thus
promoting your company and your website.
