Dear Hiring Manager,
Evan Rennie has my highest personal recommendation as he has continually
impressed me with his dedication, communication skills and professional attitude since
the day he was hired. During his time here he has shown great enthusiasm for his work,
an ability to learn, and constant reliability. He is one of the most well-liked employees
we have here, and has continually been referred to as genuine and engaging by his
peers and customers alike.
Evan is often the first person I call when I need someone to come in on short notice. He
is dedicated, professional and always comes to work with a smile. Even during the
longest shifts in the busiest times of the year, he keeps a great attitude with a team-first
type of mindset. He is well equipped to handle a high volume workload and has shown
the ability to do so while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction as
evidenced by many positive customer reviews.
One of the most consistent employees, Evan has demonstrated an ability to work
exceedingly well with minimal supervision allowing me to focus my energies in other
areas and the business to operate better as a whole. He is able to multi-task effectively
and works very well as a member of our team.
Evan is hardworking, energetic and always very professional. We will miss him here at
Brad's. That being said, Evan would make an amazing addition to any team and I
whole-heartedly endorse him going forward. If you have any questions, I would be
happy to speak further on Evan's behalf.
