Born and raised in the cultural hotbed of Atlanta GA, Daniel McBeezy grew up surrounded by artists and performers of all kind. A musician of over 10 years, MCBEEZY has had
an accolade filled history as a nationally touring drummer for a handful of live electronic
acts. Since 2010, however, he has found his home behind the decks as a DJ as well as a
budding electronic music producer. Quickly recognized as having a knack for mixing
and performance, as well as a long love of electronic music, he's fast earned a reputation for himself in Atlanta and throughout the southeast. He's played multiple festivals,
most recently, the second installment of Counterpoint Music Festival outside of Atlanta,
in spring 2014. MCBEEZY's performed along side a long and diverse list of well known
kindred acts, such as Borgore, Rusko, Gemini, Mayhem, DJ Green Lantern, Figure, Big
Gigantic, and Heroes & Villains to name a few. He's also been a long member of early
southeast bass crews Trillitary and Wobble House, standing in toe with some of Atlanta's
best DJs.

MCBEEZY is definitely a product of his surroundings. In 2012 MCBEEZY dropped the first
installment of his Atlanta Forever mix series on Soundcloud. The mixes, the 4th of which
dropped in late 2014, have garnered much critical acclaim. Each mix showcases a strictly
Atlanta cast of producers, rappers, and artists that sculpt the city's powerhouse underground sound. It's a display of the versatility and talent of Atlanta's producers, while also CLICK ON IMAGES FOR LINKS!
reflecting MCBEEZY's skill as a DJ. MCBEEZY has that tasteful balance of skill and finesse
that makes him as fun to watch as he is to listen to.
MCBEEZY has held 2 year long monthly residencies at Atlanta clubs in his short history
as a DJ, and Atlanta is starting to really pay attention. He was just featured in Atlanta's
2014 Creative Loafing Music Issue, alongside fellow locals artists Taste Tester and REKchampa, as '3 DJs to know' in Atlanta. As well as also winning best mixtape of the year in
their 'Best of' issue for the 3rd installment of his Atlanta Forever mix series. Future plans
include dropping much anticipated new original material, as well as getting behind the
drums again for a joint live electronic music venture with a well known heavy hitting
Atlanta producer. Continuing to be forever a man of mystery, MCBEEZY leaves us on the
edge of our seat anticipating whats next.
